Great little box
This is a great little project box. It seems to be decent quality and has held up well after a couple of months outside. My only complaints are the latches seem a little less durable than I would expect and it is a little expense for what it is. I do like that it included the cable glands. That is a nice touch, but I need more than 2. The included glands are good quality, so cant complain there. I’m happy with the purchase and it is holding up well outside in FL.

Worked great in extreme weather

This box is just what I needed for a small DIY project. It’s well-constructed, weatherproof, and easy to work with. The hinged cover adds convenience, and the overall quality is excellent. A solid choice for electronics enclosures.

handy project box for low voltage, but NOT a junction box
This is a very handy waterproof plastic project box, excellent for low voltage electronics applications. However, it is absolutely not to be used as an electrical junction box for AC mains!The hinged lid has a nice waterproof gasket. And the plastic is easily drilled for your specific application.

Nice project box
This project box is great for what it is. Simply build your project inside and use the plastic latches to seal it off. If you require cable access inside the box, you can use cable glands to allow for a secure and water tight seal. Simply drill the appropriate hole size and attach the glands to anywhere you please.Two complaints about this box is that there’s not a good way to attach things inside, as there’s not a mounting plate. I would also say that while the current latches are secure, they aren’t as strong as the clamp style of latches.

Pretty much as described
What you see is what you get, no surprises. It does look waterproof and has good seals but time will tell if any water seeps in. I would be surprised if it does. It is made of hardy plastic that I think will stand up to our weather here for years to come. I’m using this as a junction box for sprinkler wires I accidentally weed whacked to oblivion and had to replace. In case I ever do that again I won’t have to rerun wiring all the way to the sprinkler timer, I’ll just have to replace the wiring from this box to my sprinkler valves.

It’s a box
You can put things in it. What else is there to say?! Hah. Fascetiousness aside, it is a nice project box. The clips close it very tightly and securely, and the gasket inspires good confidence in its water ingress rating. Not sure about the included passthru bungs, as I do not need them. Solid material, the inside has some anchor and screw points. Mostly in good spots not too in the way.Good value, would buy again.
