Why is the lock hole so small it won’t fit?

That’s not a locking hole, it’s a place to screw in screws to reinforce the waterproofing of the electrical box.

Are our products waterproof and dustproof?

Our products have been rigorously tested for water and dust resistance. It has been placed outdoors for months, through violent storms, and no water has entered inside. Put on the dusty roadside for a few months, the inside is clean and dry. Note that the dust net under the bottom of the box must be installed.

【Ventilation and Heat Sinks】 There are two high-volume 12-volt fans on either side of the junction box and a 1.77-inch diameter heat sink. There is also a 12 volt thermostat on the junction box. Please note that the 12 volt 1A power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately. When the temperature inside the junction box is above or equal to the start temperature, the fan will activate to quickly remove heat from the junction box, preventing excessive temperatures that could cause the unit to malfunction or operate improperly. When the temperature drops to the stop temperature, the fan stops running.
【Rainproof and dustproof】Outdoor all-weather electrical box, the outside of the air outlet is equipped with a rainproof shutter, built-in dustproof mesh, the window leaves are tilted downward by 45 degrees, and waterproof strips are used in the contact parts with the electrical box.
