A shelter against the storm
I got this for some outdoor sensors and electronics. It has a sleek, professional look to it. The box has an o-ring seal around it which works quite well. The DC fan does ventilate just fine. I do wish the AC cord for it was longer.All the internal hardware shown in the pic is included which is really handy! I believe this box will have great longevity owing to its quality. Recommend!

An electric junction box
I am happy to see that this Outdoor Electrical Box with Thermostat and Fan, does have the size of the box which is 15.75″x11.81″x6.30″. That is the size I need.The one thing that I thought was a little cheesy was that the box is made of plastic. I had two conflicting feelings about it. I have seen what high winds and rain can do to plastic over time. This does not mean that this plastic is that inferior. The description does say that it is “made of high-quality ABS plastic, corrosion-resistant and deformation-resistant” so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and accept it as it says.The machine I will use is a small electric fence controller. The box is the perfect size for it. Plenty of room even with the fan and thermostat inside.
