Buy an extra bucket! Some safety concerns but fantastic product
Cleans very well.Bucket cage won’t stop tiny parts from falling throughThe curing machine does a great job and the UV lights are very strong and bright.In terms of safety, I did feel a bit concerned after using it. Although it didn’t appear to cure any resin outside of the UV cover it hurt my eyes. They do include glasses which help but some additional safety precautions may be a good idea.Edit: My unit allows UV to exit out the side of the unit through the cooling vents. This is what burnt my eyes. It should have had a proper safety feature there.UV light lead is a little bit shorter than I would of liked and it does not have a clip to hold it.Just a note if you tap the top part of the black portion of the button it allows to rotate the button to change the timer. This wasn’t immediately obvious to me so before you think something is wrong with your button just tap it and rotate!Overall this is excellent value for money, it’s a great size so you cure large models and although I only added 4.5 litres of Isopropyl into the bucket it has a much bigger capacity.Buy an extra bucket. It will make your cleaning process even better!

This is a great kit to use for cleaning and curing resin prints. It is a great value and costs much less than the name brand versions. I have a name brand printer and I am quite happy with the performance of this cleaning and curing system to support my other equipment. it can be a bit noisy with the loud beeps and the motors running but I do not think it is any louder than a printer.

Good, but room for improvements.
Been using the mercury X for a couple weeks now and love it.The wash station is strong and holds really well. The magnets used to hold the bucket are really strong, and with the weight of your choice of cleaning solution it can be hard to get off sometimes. But good so no worries if anything going wrong or falling off in some way. Now because of those magnets and the buckets weight the mixer/stand it sits on is really light weight which is what makes it difficult to take off sometimes. I think adding some artificial weight would be nice to give the base some weight to counter balance it better.The curing station is great and does the job, but it’s the weakest of the two pieces. Two issues I have with it. First is the light source. The light source doesn’t look that strong and feels to take longer to actually cure the resin properly. So it takes longer to cure. The 2nd issue is speed. The turn take is super slow. Almost painfully slow and takes way too long to make a full rotation. So you have to put it in longer to make sure it cuts correctly. I have a original anycubic wash/cure 1st gen. I could cure a piece in 2min depending on the size maybe 4min. Strong lights and fast turning. But on the Mercury X I have to run for 6-10m just to get a couple full rotations with how slow it is. Now the light placement is great! Two strips in the back and the one on the bottom (bottom could use a 2nd one too)I love the wash station, cure station can use some work. Overall it’s still a good product with room for improvements.

So much fun! The process of getting this to work and be successful was very rewarding…the outcome is wonderful…i do have a regret of not going up one more in the advanced level…but I did have to start somewhere.

Easy to use and dependable
I bought this a while ago after I bought my printer. I tried a small ultra sonic cleaner for nail techs and cured my prints by setting them in the sun and both were just bad ideas so I went ahead a bought this wash and cure station and it made things so much easier! There’s not much to say aside from it works! I was worried it wouldn’t clean as well as an ultra sonic cleaner but I haven’t had any problems with it washing my prints at all. They come out looking great then just swap the bucket for the plate and run it for a minute or two on both sides and it cures my prints very well. Ive also used it to wash and cure prints from small furniture for D&D to full 1 foot tall statue prints.
