This is the best ergonomic crochet set
I bought this after 3 ish hours of scouring Amazon for an upgrade from my previous crochet hook set. I’ve crocheted for about 8 years now and my hands have undoubtedly grown more tired over time despite me being in my late 20s, (I type and write a lot during my day job). I’ve tried premium brands and super cheap generic brands from Amazon and I can tell you this is the best value and quality for the price.The longer hooks and receded clay handles force you to correctly hold the hook from a distance which helps relieve the tension your hand has to hold while crocheting (this lighter on the hands). I wish I would have started with these sets because of this corrective feature. Would have saved me from a lot tension issues in my crocheting and my in my hands.It’s truly difficult to find a combination of super small crochet hooks + ergonomic corrective hold hooks + super smooth large crochet hooks for blankets in one set. The target price is superb for all these hooks which are of high quality and in addition you get 9 metal crochet needles of all the sizes you will need AND they give you plastic ones, too. The list goes on.I had to give a review to hopefully save at least one person from going down the tome-sucking rabbit hole I went through just trying to find the optimal set.

Great Assortment of Hooks, Versatile Case
I originally started crochet with one of the smaller zipper-pouch sets also on Amazon. It was ok, but I needed more variety of hooks.So, I ran the rabbit hole here and found this very well appointed crochet kit. The long-shank hooks are great for my wrist. The set comes with the really big hooks for use with chunky and really thick blanket-type yarns. You also get a set of tiny lace-sized hooks. Everything is neatly packaged, and the roll-out case has various self-sealing pockets to stash tiny bits.The case is so versatile that, if I were to go on a trip, I could re-package it with everything for my current project, including eyes (for Amigurumi), misc threads and embellishments. Roll it up and presto, a soft tidy package that will fit anywhere!
