Sturdy and Well Built
This box is quite amazing for the price. I used it to put an NVR in my chicken coop so I can watch my chickens using security cameras. Very sturdy with several mounting options. The adjustable thermostat and fan work perfectly. I will be purchasing again if I need any outdoor electronic or access control box.

Very Good Box
This box is built very well. It has served me well for many, many months now, in a very exposed outdoor location. Rain, sun, snow, dust. Good box.I fitted the inside with a 120V power receptacle to feed a router and modem which all fit inside this box. Snug fit, but safe and sound.

First time trying this setup. The NVR and Verizon Hotspot are on my front gate with four cameras, and everything fits. I’ve had it for a month now in Texas; it’s been hot, cold, and a little rainy, and everything looks good inside. Solid construction and design. Poor quality cooling parts.
The box construction and design is excellent with good ventilation openings and solid, well-fitting door. Also, easy to mount DIN rails can be added for other components, or just mount directly to supplied perforated mounting board. The only down side was the cooling electronics. I threw them out (one broke open and was ruined) and ordered a 120v high quality cooling fan which worked better than the low quality cooling parts that come with this product.

These are my “go to” outdoor electrical boxes.Before choosing these, I bought a single sample of various competing one.While they are not perfect, they are very good.The box is very solid. Not flimsy. It has good ventilation and I have no hesitation in putting electronic equipment inside it and installing the box outside, unshielded from the elements.The negatives are:The lock provides almost no security. Every box uses the exact same key. Not an issue for me as I mount them 10 feet high on a metal pole.The other one is the fan power supply and thermostat. They are mounted on a din rail and take up a bit of space. I had bought the same box without the fan and then installed my own fan and thermostat. For power, I used a plug type transformer and and a digital thermostat which I attached to the side right under the fan using self adhesive velcro tape. That setup offers a bit more usable room inside the box.However, for me that is a very minor issue. I have about a dozen of these boxes deployed.The only reason I bought boxes without fans was that they were out of ones with fans installed.

Great little box
This thing is perfect. The inside was big enough to put the stuff I needed mounted in there and the cooling fan kept it all working great. Being made of metal, it is not light but you feel the quality of workmanship in its weight. I will be buying more of these in the future.
