Sturdy, clean and flexible
needed an (indoor) box replacement for alarm wiring. Didn’t know what the expect but this product was perfect combination of features for what i needed. Easy & sturdy mounting, built-in “peg” board for mounting various boards (i used the supplied DIN rail with some clips – bought separately at AMZ). You can drill openings to fit your wiring needs and use the 2 supplied sleeves or get a box of grommets on AMZ

I got the Joinfworld Outdoor Electrical Box thats 15.7″x11.8″x7.9″ for an outdoor project that I was planning for a while but I just didnt know how to bring into reality without the right equipment. So the idea was that I wanted to install a Geodnet GNSS station (a station to monitor satellites in the sky for geo positioning data) at my house but I couldnt install the station on the roof because I was going to get the roof replaced soon and my family didnt want me to install anything that might damage the roof. I couldnt install the station in my back yard because I have a bunch of trees along the whole right side of the house and back of the house that would block the satellite signals. So I decided to install the station on my front driveway using a bunch of plumbing parts that I got from the local home improvement store, a power station, a solar panel, and some electrical boxes.The Joinfworld 15.7″x11.8″x7.9″ Outdoor Electrical Box was the only electrical box that I found that would fit a power station inside of it to get my project started and that had vents on the sides for ventilation of the power station inside of the electrical box. Although I wish that the Joinfworld electrical box was the proper dimensions to be able to place a power station inside upright instead of having to place the power station sideways it still works fine in a sideways position so its not too big of a deal. I really love how Joinfworld included a little metal shelf too so that I could place the power station on top of the included metal shelf and have the bottom part of the shelf free and clear to be able to run cables to the holes on the bottom of the electrical box.The reason that I gave this product a 4/5 are because in the original stock photos that the product had up on Amazon it showed that it had at least 2 fan mounting plates included but it really only had 1 fan mounting plate included and the other 3 vents just have dust filters on them. The included fan is pretty useless and doesnt have any molar connections only a red and black cable with no connections in the end so I replaced it with a Thermalright TL-9015B 92mm 4 pin PWM fan which lasted about a week outdoors until a family member was watering the nearby plants with the garden hose and sprayed some water on the Joinfworld Outdoor Electrical Box with the water hose and the fan inside of the electrical box got wet and stopped working (even though they claim IP65 waterproof rating). I havent had any issues with the rain damaging the power station yet (its rained 2-3 times already since I have had it running) but just dont go spraying the electrical box with the water hose if you want the stuff inside to survive.The seller was very helpful when I pointed out that in the older photos (when I ordered the item) that it showed that it had at least 2 fan mounting brackets but that when I actually got it the box only had one, the seller issued me a partial refund for the problem and I kept the item because it met my needs. In the end I ended up just leaving the electrical box with the broken fan unplugged because the small power station that im using might go offline if the fan stays on all night sucking up electricity from the battery, its better to prioritize running the Geodnet GNSS station instead with the battery. The power station has its own fan anyway which has been keeping it healthy and running without any issues.I hope to see more electrical boxes from Joinfworld in the future, maybe plan some around storing power stations?

Perfect Weatherproof Solution for the Hose Bibb
Purchased the Joinfworld Lockable Outdoor Weatherproof Electrical Box to protect an exterior hose bibb on a stucco wall from cold weather. I also needed something that would keep my pets’ curiosity from turning the insulation into a toy, which has happened with other hose‑bibb insulation options in the past. This enclosure turned out to be the perfect solution.The material is durable, and the weather‑resistant sealing has held up beautifully against temperature swings. It was easy to repurpose the box for the hose bibb, and with a simple modification, it fit like it was made for the job—while still allowing easy access to the water when needed.If you need a tough, weatherproof enclosure, I recommend this one. It is worth it.

Works great for my purposes.
I’m using this to house an indoor eero wifi unit outside. It’s not directly exposed to sunlight or rain, but its kept that wifi unit pumping out signal. The plastic is pretty thick and stout, but not so thick that I couldn’t poke it full of holes so that I could wall mount it in a way it definitely wasn’t designed to do. If we decide that we need better wifi in our front yard, I’m definitely buying one of these again.

I have a wifi extender, and Ethernet over Power unit in this box, placed half way between a starlink router and our trailer and this box keeps everything nice and clean and dry. Just overheats in the sun.
