If anyone is interested in owning a CNC and new to the world of CNC as I am, this is the CNC machine to seriously consider. FoxAlien Masuter 3S is very impressive with its flexibility, power, and is so nearly plug and play, totally impressive product. The unit is well built, so far after several weeks of ownership, will not bog down during cuts, and works well with several different G-Code programs.There was an issue while unpacking. The dust baffles were missing. I reached out to FoxAlien’s after sale customer service and had an immediate reply and after a couple of emails, the missing baffles were shipped without issue. Definitely will be using FoxAlien for my CNC needs.

Great Machine and add-on options, great tech support from FoxAlien
As someone looking to for their first CNC, and after looking at and researching many different manufacturers and machines, I finally decided to make the FoxAlien Masuter 3S my first machine. Being new to the CNC world, I was still apprehensive.Machine arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged. Set up was very easy and took about 30 minutes. Step by step instructions, with photos made the setup a breeze. While the machine came with the spindle and bits, I had decided to use an existing palm router and 1/4″ bits (also purchased from FoxAlien) and was having great success with my first projects!Since the original purchase, I have expanded my machine with the x-axis extension kit, along with FoxAlien’s 40W laser and air assist pump. When initially receiving the laser component, I did have some troubles with getting the laser to function, however, FoxAlien’s tech support was fantastic, with fast responses (even over the weekend), provided detailed videos and instructions related to trouble shooting and was able to assist me in correcting the issue.Overall, I would highly recommend the FoxAlien Masuter 3S, or any of their products, for anyone either looking to jump into the CNC and/or laser engraving world. From great quality products to awesome tech support, I would definitely recommend FoxAlien machines to help you make some great and fun projects!!

Amazing CNC Machine for Beginners and Pros Alike!
I recently purchased the FoxAlien Masuter 3S CNC machine, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment it arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The packaging was super well done, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition.Assembly was a breeze—it only took me about 40 minutes from unboxing to powering it on. This machine is a significant upgrade from the Masuter 3, with a more robust build that feels incredibly solid. One of the first things I noticed was how ridiculously quiet it is when moving across all axes, which is a huge plus when working in a shared space.The controller box is a bit larger than I expected, but it’s well-organized and easy to navigate. The Nema 23 motors are another highlight—they’re fast, strong, and make the cutting process smooth and efficient.The FoxAlien community is also fantastic. Their Facebook group is packed with helpful tips and support, making it easy to find solutions to any issues that arise.The only thing I wish it came with was an ER11 1/4” collet and some 1/4” end mills, but it does include some 1/8” v-bits to get you started.Overall, I highly recommend the FoxAlien Masuter 3S to anyone looking for a reliable, powerful, and easy-to-use CNC machine!

Over all pretty impressed. I had some things fail a stepper motor and a spindleThey replaced the parts quite easily there customer service was fantastic. Yes it took 24 hours to get a responses but they always handled everything in a professional manner as long as you stay patient because of the time and distance. I would rate this Chinese company way above average . The unit works quite well. One thing I did realise is there is a trial and error period with these things, the trick is to go slow and take less depth per pass , buy high quality bits and use them for there purpose and take multiple detail and roughing passes, most importantly I found also that replacement of the x y axis belts with a high quality belt was quite imperative . It is a 15 dollar amazon purchase for the belt and we’ll worth the time and effort to do so.. I have had zero errors and slippage since.

Masuter 3S is great!
The Masuter 3S is amazing. Easy to assemble and use. I use it mainly for wood carving, but also have cut out aluminum parts using an end mill and a mist cooler. This machine handles it all without a problem. I highly recommend the Masuter 3S. Go get you one!

Masuter 3S is a MUST have and a work horse
Let me start off by saying WOW! I got this thing together and did a couple projects over the weekend. I absolutely love this Masuter 3S. I have the Masuter 3 I purchased last year when it was released I didn’t think it FoxAlien would be able to make a ton of improvements from that model to the Masuter 3S but they did.Straight out the box to ready to cut took me about 30 minutes, so overall the assembly process is quick and easy. The build quality of the machine is top notch and the packaging is fantastic.Comparing the look and speed from the Masuter 3 to the 3s is a huge improvement. The 3S comes standard with the big NEMA23 motors and they do not disappoint at all. Much faster and smoother than the Masuter 3. Also the Mastuer 3S comes standard with the 400w spindle a much more faster and stronger router head.The size comparison between the Masuter 3 and the Masuter 3S is night and day. All though I love both Masuter 3 and the Masuter 3S I’d push for the Masuter 3S any day, due to the upgraded NEMA23 motors, overall size, 400w spindle and the overall functionality and look of the machine.

購入してまだ1ヶ月ほどですが、もう手放せないほど気に入っています。今まで使っていた6万円程度のCNCと比較すると、10倍程度の速度と精度で加工できています。アルミや真鍮などの金属も簡単に削ることができ、±0.05mm以下の精度で加工できるため、あれこれ作りたくなってワクワクが止まりません。今後はレーザーキットを購入して、レーザー彫刻機としても活用したいと考えています追記レーザーキットを購入しました。レーザーを取り付けた事で扱える素材がぐんと増えました。ただ$コマンドを理解していないと初期設定でつまずきます。$11 30 31 32 120 121 122 と ワーク座標系のオフセットを変更して使っています。

Is a great product and sturdy. Easy to put together. The customer service is great and they get back to you right away. It’s a great product to learn on. The spindle that comes with it works good. But I’m going to put a trim router on it to get more out of it.

Die Fräse ist echt super, für den Controller wäre mal eine Idee mit RJ45 oder wlan zu verbinden anstatt mit USB. Wenn ihr so etwas mal erstellt kann ich auch mal gerne testen, dann kontaktiert mich bitte. Aber so vom der Verpackung und installation, recht einfach. Ach ein manko noch , die Imbusschlüssel (sind nicht wirklich stabil) rutschen immer ab da Sie nicht immer ganz in die Imbusschraube hineingegangen sind. Torx wäre eine bessere Alternative hier, ich hab mir jetzt Torx schrauben nachbestellt (M5*20mm). Ich gebe hier trotzdem 5 Sterne da die Verarbeitung von den einzelnen Teilen wirklich gut sind und recht einfach zusammen bauen kann.

Neat machine to get you into the world of CNC.BEWARE though …… the learning curve is steep… Good software helps .. You will need that as well as the machine – some of it is cheap…… its cheap for a reason.
