Life is too short to use ugly crochet hooks so I’m so happy with these. They are so pretty and they do not hurt my aging hands! They are very functional and light and easy to grip. The size is easy to read on the handle so no need to bring out the size chart and no guessing necessary. Love these!!!

Nice set of starter hooks, great gift for someone just starting to crochet
Nice set of economy starter hooks. Tip shape is pretty standard and rounded not sharp at all. Metal is not slippery like some premium brands and , but I found that these work well with cotton, bamboo, and acrylic yarn. Good size range with 14 hooks ranging from 2.25mm “B” all the way up to 10mm “N”. Design is very pretty. I use the knife hold and these fit well in my hand and were light and comfortable to crochet with. My absolute favorite and unexpected perk of these was that the sizes are also stamped into the handles so that if the printed size rubs off the stamped size is still discernable. Bag was mediocre with print that matches hooks. It was a nice touch that they included a tape measure, a very generous amount of blunt needles, and some colorful stitch markers. For the price, this is a great set and I would definitely recommend it as a starter set and gift for someone just starting out crocheting it really has everything they need.

Be sure to check hooks before return date!
The hooks are cute and comfortable. I only counted the hooks when I got them and didn’t check them so it’s my fault for not doing so before the return date. My set is missing the C hook and has 2 D hooks. The H hook shows signs of wear after only 1 blanket but they were rather inexpensive and I wanted them to throw in a travel bag. This would be a great beginner set.

I am absolutely in love with these hooks!
After crocheting for decades I had almost given it up because of the arthritis in my hands, but I’ve been able to take it up again because of this purchase. These hooks are not only beautiful but also very comfortable to use. The material used to cover the handles is non-slip, which allows a softer grip and less strain on achy joints. The matching storage bag is well made and large enough to also hold thread snips, stitch markers, etc.Included with the purchase are the kinds of cheap accessories that people involved in the fiber arts have buckets of — thick and stiff plastic stitch markers, yarn needles of satisfactory quality, etc. I wouldn’t place much value on those pieces, but they don’t detract either.One of the hooks had a bit of a rough spot on the point of the hook that kept snagging the yarn. I just used a fine grit nail file to polish it off a bit and now it’s perfect.

Not terrible, but absolutely NOT worth the price.
I don’t hate them, but I def don’t love them! There’s nothing special about them besides the handles. They really are no different than most other ergonomic crochet hooks sold on Amazon, so the high price tag on this set, I’m assuming, is for the floral print. That’s fine if you’re okay with paying $25 specifically for the print, but these are honestly my least favorite hooks out of all the sets that I’ve bought so far, and they were unfortunately the most expensive (aside from the Prym brand hooks). I’d choose these over the regular aluminum crochet hooks with no hand grips, but I won’t ever go for these if I have other ergonomic choices. The grip on these hooks is less “soft” than any of my other sets. Maybe with regular use they’d soften up a bit, but the actual head of the hooks is what keeps me from using these over my others. The very tip of the hook is fine, but the part that grabs the yarn is not rounded enough for my liking. I -always- snag the yarn with these hooks when trying to pull my loops through the stitches, making the yarn split, and also causing my projects to take much more time to finish since this slows me down quite a bit. Like others have said, the floral print does start to rub off rather quickly, and that includes the size markings. I don’t typically care too much about the size markings rubbing off because most sets I’ve used have done the same, but since these hooks aren’t color coded by hook size, they all look exactly the same once that size marking fades away. Yes, there is an embossed size marking on the opposite side of the handle from the printed size, but they’re very hard to read, especially with the floral print. The little case it comes with is cute and convenient for storage or travel, though.I personally wouldn’t buy these again, nor would I ever recommend these to anyone at $25. For half the price? Sure, but there’s honestly much better hooks here on Amazon. Mdoker, Koknit, and even Yarniss are 3 other brands with very similar hooks at a much better price point! I prefer my Mdoker hooks out of all the ones that I own (2 hooks on the far left). The 4th hook from the left (the one just to the right of the floral print) is also really nice! I can’t remember off hand what the brand name is for those hooks, but that set comes with a grey roll up case and other odds and ends like stitch markers and darning needles. Those hooks are probably the smoothest, and that’s a big deal to me. I’d say that hook set is tied for 1st place with my Mdoker hook set.Bottom line – I’d never pay for these hooks again at $25, and I’d never tell someone else to pay that much, either. Go look at some other ones for half the price. That pretty floral print handle really isn’t worth it.

Cute, Comfortable, and Easy to Travel With
I originally ordered the 2.75mm hook from this set for Amigurumi and fell in love with the way it felt in my hands as well as the overall design. To my delight, there was a whole set, including measuring tape, weaving needles, stitch markers, and a travel case.To be honest, for the price, I was a little worried that the quality wouldn’t be as great as other crochet hooks I’ve used over the years due to the price. I was impressed with everything. The travel bag is well made and not only holds everything inside but there is room for additional hooks or other crafting supplies (that are no longer than a crochet hook).The hooks are clearly labeled with their sizes in black print and an indentation that’s clear. I haven’t had any issues with the design rubbing off or anything breaking.Shipping time was reasonable, and it was delivered on time. The packaging was pretty good too. Everything was wrapped up for a little extra protection during the shipping, and I really appreciated the effort.Would recommend it for sure.
