VERY WELL BUILT
Used this in an off grid gate opener. Has kept the solar charge controller dry for over a year. Several options for size so make sure you measure what you need to install. Grid in the back makes it nice to mount things(solar charge controller in my case). Vents on the side were the reason I bought this one. Zero issues with heat or bugs in 100 degree NC summer

Great box, and performance was good/lots of space
Light show box and in the open. Great look and perfect application with plenty of space. Two 12v power supplies, controller board, and 16 output cables, plenty of space.

Sturdy, rigid, tough, watertight box as advertised.
Easy to mount and install. This is a very waterproof large box, and is sturdy due to a great build quality. Please measure to ensure you get one the right size. For us, we housed two Micro-Air Flex soft starts in it on the wall behind the air conditioners. Perfect size to hold both. Had to drill our holes for the electrical whips but plenty of room on this one for easy connections.Even though the Flex’s are waterproof from the factory, and are smaller than previous versions, they were a tight fit for our condensers so we took advantage of the waterproof functionality of this box being water proof to house them in with self tapping screws.Also because we could mount this anywhere, its easy to walk by and see what is inside. This unit does have covered air vents which help let the heat out and cooler outside air in, even in the rain.If you need a waterproof box, give this one a serious look. We mounted from inside the box with tapcons instead of using the ear tabs.

Router protection
Bought this to put in our pool house to hold a starlink mesh node to extend our coverage further in our backyard for cameras, speakers, lights and such. Pool house is enclosed, but no heat or insulation, so I was worried about the moisture. This seems to be protecting it, with no overheating. Box is heavy duty and well made. Will update if we have issues through the winter.

Excellent, decent quality, customizable enclusire
Used this for a Starlink install on an apartment building roof. Client was convinced he needed Starlink (despite having TWO cable providers in the building), and so I needed a box to house the power supply and ethernet terminations.Chose this partly based on price and partly due to it meeting sizing, transparency, and cable routing needs.It’s a well built enclosure, with a decent selection of gromets for passing cables in, however I don’t think the ventilation is going to do anything as the vents are passive and there isn’t going to be any chimney effect to draw air through as they’re located on the sides of the enclosure instead of the bottom. I can understand that due to not wanting standing water on top of the enclosure to come inside, but they could have staggered them horizontally to give it some vague change of drawing colder air in through the lower one and letting hot air out through the top. Saying that, the shrouds point downward, so it’s like having a pea trap in your sink waste pipe, so I doubt even that would do anything.If this is an issue, I will have to mount some case fans on the inside of the top two vents and push air out, however that’s going to be a pain, and I doubt the starlinke power supply is going to get that hot, so I’m probably overthinking it.I would have liked to see some better options for mounting. This was bolted to a rail by drilling a couple of holes in the back and using metal zip ties around the rail it was mounted to, which should do fine, but it wouldn’t be difficult to set some nuts into the plastic to allow mounting hardware options on the outside without compromising the water-tightness of the enclosure.

Animacyn Electrical junction box
Bought this to put on the side of my house to put the driver modules and power buttons for my Govee permanent lights in since they are apparently not weather resistant like the lights! Worked great, love the grid plate that comes out that you can attach the wires and power supplies to that makes it look neat and clean inside the box!
