If you want to know, how is it to use for a yoga mat I don’t know! I actually bought it to cut up and make a cushion in a cat area for comfort!!!

I have bought two yoga mats. The first one I got from somewhere else. It was flat and wasn’t much cushion to it. This one was so much better. I felt the difference as soon as I got down on it for my yoga class, it pays to get something of good quality that you’ll be using all the time to thumbs up

Yoga mat , the order was for thick , if this is thick , I would hate to see what the thin looks like , it has no cushion for the body .
