BUY THEM. Super nice quality and easy to use. Love that you can change the weight. It makes it great for storage and not taking up to much space if you live in an apartment or just don’t have the extra room for workout gear. So easy to do I can even take the weight pieces off and one one handed(per the video). Easy to adjust for sure! Great price! Better than buying individual dumbbells. Really cool that it comes in different colors as well. They fit well in my hands too. And I can grip them easily.

Adjustable handweights
Just received. So far it has been useful for helping with strength training post shoulder surgery. Weight accurate. Easy to add weight at ends to make it up to 5 pounds. Has good grip on handled. Ends are covered in plastic, so be careful not to drop them since they may crack.Good price.

I’m a plus size, out of shape 51 year old woman. I’m starting to think about my weight & purchased these to use at home. The weights are easy to adjust and extremely durable. The quality is far better than I imagined it would be. The color is bright ‘ fun to look at. Overall for a starter set I’d recommend them. I have smaller hands and they are very very comfortable in my hands. For what I spent I’m impressed and think it’s a great value.
