Well designed and functional
This is a nicely designed backpack style laptop bag which also provides all kinds of space for other items. As stated in the description: ‘Padded Laptop Compartment for 15.6–16” computers’. This is clearly accurate as while I can slip my 17” laptop into the egg crate styled padded compartment, I can’t zip the backpack closed. I can, however, place it in the main compartment and zip the backpack shut. Granted, not as much protection potentially but with care that will work. One note of warning however, my laptop is quite thin so an older thicker 17” laptop likely wouldn’t fit and allow the backpack to be zipped shut.I am not entirely sure why they make a TSA-compliant claim insofar as the backpack has no locking feature. As a result, it is by definition neither compliant nor on-compliant; compliance only refers to any lock being able to be opened by TSA when it is not being used as a piece of carry-on luggage. And I don’t know anyone that would check a backpack, locked or not, if it contained a laptop or tablet. But, hey, that’s me.The backpack has 5 zip pockets ranging in size for 16” laptops, to pencils/pens (with 3 slots specifically designed for them inside) on the front, one (1) on the back and two open mesh pockets for water bottles, even a 48-ounce NALGENE® bottle will fit snugly. This is versatile and capacious. There are two pull-down adjustment straps to fit the backpack to your back without excess movement and these have quick release clips so you don’t have to readjust things every time you remove the backpack.They did a good design job and the construction seems equally well done. Clearly, time and loads will determine durability, but first impressions are excellent.

Looks like a good quality backpack!
I purchased this specifically for a mix of personal travel and light day hiking.Based on inspecting it, I’m already pretty satisfied. It’s a really nice bag that feels like good quality material overall. I’m especially happy with how lightweight the material is—it won’t add much bulk on a long hike or through airport terminals.The compatibility for my 15″ laptop is perfect, and the ease of use is clearly there because it has lots of pockets and smart compartments for organizing everything from charging cables to trail snacks. Everything the seller claimed, including the TSA-friendly design and water resistance, seems accurate upon first look.My only gripe that keeps this from a perfect score is the value for the money. The bag seems a little pricey for what it is. While it has all the right features, it doesn’t have a standout element that separates it from similar bags I’ve seen that are $10–$20 cheaper.Over all I like it! Can’t wait for my next trip!

Very versatile and roomy.
What a great backpack! I love the storage options available inside and outside the bag. There is a clip on the front to hang an ID card or pass if you are attending an event. There is a second clip attached to the inside pocket to keep keys safe and out of sight. The laptop compartment is well padded for protection.The stitching is strong and well done. The zippers seem to be very sturdy. The straps are wide and padded for extra comfort. The water bottle pocket is a plus.My husband is a geek and goes to comic conventions frequently. He researches event schedules and plans on what collectable comics he will take with him. He has many autographs from some of the top artists in the business. This pack will help keep him organized and keep his comics safe and in good condition until he gets them back home and framed for display. There are even compartments to hold pens, so no digging in the bottom for lost markers.I had a bit of sticker shock at first, but seeing the quality of this backpack takes the edge off a little.

Roomy well-built backpack
This was a surprisingly well built backpack. It had more room than I expected and the different pockets make it possible to put a charger, binders books and other accessories. It’s very comfortable to wear.After using it for a couple of weeks, I am even more impressed. I like how there are two main compartments which makes organization easier. There are two smaller pockets in the front that are perfect for chargers, and other accessories. Not only that, but it doesn’t feel bulky to wear, and is so easy to carry.

Good Quality Backpack – Well Designed for Travel or Work
This is a very nice Travel, Work or School Backpack by Waterfly. There are 6 zippered compartments, a padded laptop sleeve, 2 mesh drink holders, padded and adjustable shoulder straps as well as a padded back for comfort when carrying a heavy pack. Extra features are a key leash, a suitcase handle passthrough, a top handle and a hanging loop. The main compartment is VERY roomy for your days essentials and the padded laptop sleeve is roomy enough to carry a tablet too.There is a spot for everything you might want while sitting on a plane. A smaller zip pocket on the front houses the key leash so they don’t get lost, but there is also room for sunglasses/ glasses, a small wallet, passport and a lip balm. 2 additional zippered compartments on the front are roomy enough for a mobile phone, pen and a lot more. There is also a hidden zippered pocket in the back for anything you want hidden and secure – wallet, cash, etc..I really like this backpack, the only thing I don’t like is that all of the hardware is plastic. I really prefer the durability of metal hardware on a bag. Overall this is a very nice backpack for travel or school – very roomy & I love this turquoise color!
