How to get started？
Record the information on the back panel before installing the battery
Press the power button for 5 seconds and wait for the screen to display the information.
Connect your phone/computer/tablet to WiFi, the password is in the “WiFi Key” line.
In which countries can I use this mobile hotspot?
We currently only support carriers in the United States and Mexico, and will be releasing a global version of the machine in the future!
How do I top up the data plan?
Scanning the Q*R code on the package or under the back panel of the machine will allow you to recharge directly.
What to do if the signal is unstable and the network will be interrupted?
Please follow the user manula to log in to the GUI interface. After successfully logging in to the GUI interface, click on the Mobile field, and then switch from 4G AUTO to 4G ONLY.
What if there’s no internet?
Please check if the hotspot have any remaining data, if so you can follow the steps in the fourth question

Super handy little hotspot
This thing is tiny but works really well, gave me solid 4G in both US and Mexico. Setup was simple, no sim card drama, just picked a data plan and it connected right away. Battery last around 5-6 hours which is decent for travel, and charges quick with type-C. Can hook up multiple devices with no slow down, perfect for my laptop + phone. Honestly makes travel way less stressfull not having to hunt free wifi everywhere.

Inconvenient and no tech support
This thing worked for one trip. But then I set it aside and forgot my username and pw. No way to reset it and the customer service QR code didn’t work. So I reset the device, and it turns out the default name and pw don’t work either. I’m locked out. Also, the QR code that does work goes to “buy access” options and the only option I saw was to buy access for 1 day at a time ($6 for 2 GB per day). Even if I could get it to work, it’s inconvenient to have to re-buy access every day and not the best deal. I’ll be trying something else.
