Important Notice Before Use

For optimal results and safety, always follow the instruction manual and tutorial videos to calibrate the focus before starting your engraving project.

Note:

1.The included laser has low power and can’t be designed for engraving on metal or stainless steel.

For effective engraving results and metal compatibility, which is upgrading to a 20W or 1064 nm Laser Engraver Machine.

2.The engraver has a built-in safety feature: it pauses when the protective cover is opened and resumes when closed. This is for user safety. If customers wish to disable this function, we’ve provided a tutorial video to guide them.

3.Before start engraving, you need to set the parameters. You’ll find a chart with engraving parameters for various materials in the package. If the parameters don’t match the material, you won’t be able to engrave.

Troubleshooting: Laser Module Not Working

If the laser module fails to operate, try the following steps:

Power Off: Disconnect the power completely. Carefully turn the machine over (refer to the product page video guide).Check Connection: Gently move the laser module and inspect its cable connection.Engage Limit Switch: Press the laser head against the limit switch until you hear a click sound.Power On & Test: Reconnect the power, launch the software, and check if the laser module functions.

Warning: The engraving machine cannot engrave reflective materials. If engraving reflective materials, it may damage the laser head, because the laser hitting the surface of the reflective material will reflect the laser energy to the laser head. Before engraving reflective materials(glass or ceramics), you need to paint the surface of the material black or paste black laser engraving color paper on the surface.
