handle problem
Seems to heat and press good. The problem I have is when you slide out the platen, it hits the handle and it’s difficult to close. you need to reach under and pull down on the handle which can make your shirt move if you are not careful. A small gripe about the control buttons, they seem backwards left increases and right decreases.

Good press for the price!
I love this thing!! It’s sometimes difficult to get hoodies and other things in because of the slim profile. However utilizing tools helps. Piece of wood or plastic to push clothes through, etc. does well. Ensure you purchase parchment paper. Utilize lots of table or flat surface space. I build a rolling stand with a sliding weeding surface directly under the press. Check out photo.

Needs better manual
The instructions manual for assembly is horrible. Not specific enough with written instruction, everything is by pictures and pictures are horrible quality.

Don’t buy!
This heat press is a piece of crap. It came in with the main pressure knob broken, the electrical cord is loose, and the pressure arm won’t go all the way down. Amazon was not helpful in solving any of the issues. I will be sending it back.

Pretty useful for a basic set of presses
This is a pretty good press. It uses a slide-out table so the actual travel is fairly limited. Depending on where you have the pressure setting the table can get caught on the handle but other than that it’s pretty smooth operation. And no fancy auto-release or anything like that, just a single beep when it’s done. Met my expectations of the brand: pretty useful stuff with a few rough edges economized in.Assembly went okay. The manual isn’t very detailed or clear but had enough clues to go on. The tools you need are sort of included, although I “cheated” and used a bigger phillips screwdriver since the little one included was hard to tighten things with. Really wasn’t too much to do especially for the main press. The mug press was quite a few more pieces (and is sort of designed around ongoing swapping of some stuff around), while the hat press was pretty much ready to go out of the box. Essentially it’s one simple temperature controller shared between those three different press options. (And of course the mug press has several different inserts that somehow all add up to 8?)My first transfer (ever! I’m new to this technique…) turned out fairly well I thought. Was just on an old 40% polyester shirt from the rag box but seemed fairly even. I’m sure there’s plenty we can fine tune with the pressure and time and temperature. The hat press I’ve only given one go. I did notice some lines from the heat coils are but I think that was due to not letting it finish pre-heating at which point it could even out more.
