Very Adequate
The blocking squares worked exactly as advertised. This set had nine squares and 100 T-pins. Maybe I could’ve used 5 more squares, but I was able to block the three pieces of this sweater and it worked just fine. A larger sweater and I will need to get more pieces. The price was excellent. Recommended.

Using it right now
I’ve been working on a fancy crochet blanket to give as a gift so I got this set of blocking squares. I’ve got several pieces pinned to squares right now and they are working out great. There are lines printed on each block to help line up the edges so they are straight, which is a huge help to me as I tend to get things cockeyed. The squares seem well made and snap together securely–I even moved a large piece made up of 4 blocks from the set and they stayed locked together while I shifted it from one table to another. I feel pretty secure, therefore, about how well they will hold up, and they are nice and thick so Idon’t worry about jabbing the pins into a table. They came in a plastic carrying case with a handle. The case is light and easy to carry, but I am a little wary that the case may not last a really long time. But I’ve had it for a while now and it’s still working, so I may be worried over nothing. Anyway, the squares themselves are well made and work very well, so I’m really happy with them.

sturdy blocks for blocking knitting
They snap well together and are thicker so the pins do not stick out of the bottom of the blocks. The only thing I do not like is that they have to snap together in right angles and can not snap together half way down the block. The ends are shaped differently than the other snaps that prevents this from happening. It would be nice if they could snap together in this way so If you have an odd shaped item, it would fit that item better.

Used for blocking embroidery
I had a sampler that no matter how I pressed it just wouldn’t square up. So I got these mats as an alternative to cork boards. These worked well. I did notice that as my sampler dried it shrank and made the mat curl but it didn’t seem to matter. My sampler came out flat and without puckers. These are thick so your pins (T-pins included) didn’t come thru the bottom which I worried about.

Perfect
This meets all the requirements I needed for blocking my scarfs and shawls.

Fantastic, far better than my other blocking boards
I knit a lot of lace and blocking is mandatory. I have a large folding blocking board but I find the connecting boards with grids more versatile and useful. These are the best I have tried. The grid is clear, the squares fit together well *and* these boards are thicker than most. I like that the pins won’t go through and the boards are substantial enough to hold their shape when carried or placed to dry. Very pleased with these, also included blocking pins.

Worth every penny
Excellent blocking mats. Comes with a storage case and a small box of T pins. Description says there are 100 of them, but I didn’t count to verify. I wet blocked a scarf using 7/9 mats, and none of the pins rusted. I’m glad I went with this company, especially since I was kind of being a cheapie and didn’t want to spend over $35 for the same kind of set. So far it’s been worth every penny. If I need more mats, I would shop here first.

Très bonne qualité ! L’épaisseur est parfaite pour la stabilité des planches avec le tricot . Aucune senteur . J’ai commandé un autre kit .

My wife uses them to block her knitting.

Nicely ruled and sturdy like other knitting blocking pads. Great to be able to get them for a reasonable cost as we live in a rural area where such items can’t be found.

Mats are sturdy and thick, but the lines don’t really match up evenly when you assemble the squares. They do the job though so I just measure myself when I need to be accurate on sizing.
