As someone who loves DIY projects, having a strong and fit body is crucial, and this step platform helps me stay in shape.One of the first things I noticed about this platform is its size. It’s compact enough to store easily, yet it provides ample space for a variety of exercises. I appreciate how sturdy and well-built it feels, giving me confidence during intense workouts.Using it for step exercises, I find the platform very stable, even during high-intensity routines. The non-slip surface is fantastic, ensuring that I don’t lose my footing, which is a big plus for safety. It’s also lightweight, making it easy to move around and set up wherever I have space.While the step platform itself is excellent, I do wish it came with additional height adjustment options. For more advanced exercises, having a bit more height would be beneficial. However, for most of my workouts, the current height is sufficient.What I love most is the versatility. Beyond just step exercises, I use it for strength training, stretching, and even as a makeshift bench for certain routines. I’m 63, have size 9 1/2 wide feet, and will probably not use this at music speeds higher than 130 BPM, so for me it’s ok. It’s super sturdy, but the top is a little more slippery than I’d like. It’s fairly narrow, so doing over the top moves (see 1st two pictures) can be a little dicey if you’re not careful. If your shoes have a softer, more rubbery sole, you’ll do better than with these new-not-ever-worn-outside Rykas I have on. In any case, like I said – it’s very sturdy, doesn’t take up much room, and I get a great workout on it, so I think it was a good value. Ask me again what I think if I slip off and break a leg.

Health must come first!
I use this platform in order to step up onto my rebounder. I have to use the rebounder in order to clean my lymph glands from cancer cells. I know this sounds gross, but it alleviates any more surgeries. The step is perfect. Hopefully when the cancer is in remission I will use it for step aerobics and accessing the rebounder.

Good value for the money!
I really like this and feel it is a good value for the money! It stores easily and feels stable while using it. I keep the riser on the bottom, so I don’t have any issues with it coming apart. Works great so far!

The center was missing on mine. So left a hole where that part should have been.
I would have loved it if the center part with name had been on it. It was exactly what I wanted color and size was perfect and it seemed sturdy. But the hole in top made it unsafe to use.

Ein prima Stepboard hat mir Amazon da heute geliefert. Auf der Produktseite machte es einen einwandfreien, ansprechenden Eindruck. Auch die Farbe gefiel mir. Gleich ausgepackt und getestet: Stabil, trotz meines Übergewichts. Die zusätzlichen Stufen bzw. Höhe lassen sich sicher ab- und aufmontieren und an der Unterseite des Boards verstauen. 5 Sterne für dieses Produkt. Top!
