Great Purchase!
The stepper arrived quickly. It came fully assembled, and the peddling is very smooth and quiet. It is light weight so I can carry it from room to room, but yet very sturdy when peddling, will not move around like my old exerciser. The manual says it can change to various heights, but it took me a while to figure out exactly how to adjust the height, you have to actually press the locking pin on the side in order to make it higher or lower, I wish it has a sticker says “Press Here”. Other than that, it works great for me so far!

It’s cheap, but it works
I gave this pedal setup 3 stars because it gets 4+ stars in some areas and 2 or less stars in others. I got this as an Amazon Warehouse item for a big discount, so I tempered my expectations. It does its job to give me a little activity while I spend 12 hours at a desk, and folds up when not in use, which makes it very easy to store. The revolution counter and timer is also nice, although I’m pretty sure the calorie counter is very inaccurate.As for the cons, other reviews are correct that even at the highest resistance there is really no resistance. You’re not going to “feel the burn” with this unless you count the heat that builds up in the pedal stems after prolonged use. After a few weeks of use it suddenly started having more resistance, but soon after it began squeaking loudly enough I couldn’t use it in the office. I took some WD40 to all moving parts, and it is quieter now than it has ever been, but all resistance has now gone away.Overall I’m satisfied with it. I’m not looking to work up a sweat at the office, and its compact design and low price are right on target for my needs.

The only downside is it slides on the floor. Needs something to keep it from moving while you’re using it.

High quality
Bought this mini stepper for my parents to use so that they can get a bit of exercise every day. No assembly required so that’s always a plus. Its quiet which is awesome for when they’re working at the office or in the living room watching TV. The computer shows you the speed which is helpful and the magnetic resistance provides a smooth motion compared to the other steppers I have tried. One thing to note is that this mini stepper is heavier than other ones we’ve had, but it’s not a bad thing since it’s more stable. This mini stepper is high-quality for the price you pay, and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking to exercise indoors without the hassle.

Broken cycle and missing label
At this time I am still unable to use the bike, missing label on knob on the cycle to determine level for the resistance setting and the bike is not working properly. So I know I have to contact customer service again at least for this label. Also, now I’m in the process of reviewing an email from customer service on how to repair the cycle (possibly the drive belt is loose) since adjusting the resistance level on the bike seems to be out of order. I had purchased this bike for my elderly mother for exercising but as of now she can not use it because it is not operational. Now I have to make repairs on the cycle myself and hopefully I’m able to repair it; if not I have to then find out what to do next to either have it repaired or exchanged, I’m very disappointed so far with this product that I purchased thru Amazon. I will have to think twice before making a similar product like this again with Amazon. I shouldn’t have to be making these repairs. I hope I’m able to get this up and running soon so that my mother will be able to use it ASAP.

Welding defect on rear stabilizer bar
There was a big welding defect on the back stabilizer bar. Due to this, I was unable to fully screw on the bolt. Also, the tension levels on this is terrible. Even at the highest tension level, there was barely and resistance. The foot pedals are also very narrow, so if youe pedaling in thin soled shoes or slippers, it is rather uncomfortable. On the plus side, the cycle is super stable and doesnt wobble at all like most other mini exercise bikes.

great for the price
This was super easy to assemble. Definitely worth the purchase. We like that is not electric so you have to actually pedal [similar to a recumbent bike]. Not heavy. Easy to move room to room. We just sit on our kitchen table straight backed chair. It does slide a little on both carpet and vinyl flooring. Bought a thicker rubber shelf liner at the dollar store to put under it. No more sliding. Use it every day.

Certainly not a piece of junk, come on now !!
I did try the bike, more than few times and really nothing to complain about, on the contrary, I coud not make a better choice. Stays in place when you use it, does not need much space, good quality, well made, and you really can work out gently your muscles. I am a senior citizen with arthritis problems and I have to keep my muscles working, even a little each day. When I was putting it together, one pedal was not the right one, I called and even they told me it will take 4 weeks, it did arrive in one week or so.So, now, can I say 2 thumbs up for this little machine who does a very good job ?? It’s a big yes from me!!

The machines side rubber stoppers won’t stay on. One of the peddles won’t stay closed. The tightener for pressure does not tighten. There was a loose screw in box. Very surprised at the quality of this product. Sorry for this review but was very unhappy. Would not recommend.

I have named this cycle “Cecil B DeMile” not DeMille, as I cycle miles on it per night. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and regular cycling is difficult, however, sitting on the couch and using “Cecil” puts no weight on my joints, and I get exercise. I tend to use the easier resistance levels, as too much puts undue strain on my knees. As ever, never go past the pain point! I’m really glad I spent the $ to get this.
