Excellent quality. You can’t beat Made in the USA!!
I bought this to replace the previous one that I had that was more of a step stool design in that it was hollow underneath, with short legs & Made in China. My parents used it as a step up into the house from the attached garage. It didn’t last a year before it cracked due to becoming brittle in the cold Michigan winter. They have had this one for a few years now & it’s as good as the day they got it. Made in the USA is definitely built to last. If it ever does break, I wouldn’t hesitate to order another one. I like that it’s also offered in another size depending on your need.

Great step for using with resistance bands
Great step for using with resistance bands. The extra thickness makes the longer 41 inch loop bands work better for people under 6 foot, yet still works fine with the newer 37 inch bands. I was surprised at how sturdy it is for the low price point.

Slippery textured surface – update
Sturdy. Does not slip on the floor. Nice to not deal with risers. I like everything so far, except the textured surface. I do not wear shoes when I workout; instead I wear slippers like Isotoners or non-grip yoga socks. The little bumps on the surface do not keep the top from being slippery (I had another step that was just fine, so it’s not the fact that it’s plastic). It was not a problem while doing a slow, beginner level workout, but I’ll update after trying it with a fast, more advanced workout. UPDATE: I did not like it while doing a faster workout. I had to adjust how I did moves and constantly felt like one slight shift would send me flying! But because I like rest of it I might just buy some grip stickers to put on top.

Love this 4” stepper!
This is the exact stepper I use at my health club, and it’s perfect for home use. I wanted something I could use indoors to help get more steps and to help increase my heart rate during exercise. It’s a very nice size and is easy to move around. This stepper is 4” and they also sell a 6” stepper. That will likely be my next purchase!

Good Steps
I’m short and sometimes work for hours at a drafting table with so much photo reference on top it’s not practical to steepen the incline or everything will slide off. So I have trouble reaching the higher parts of large drawings. Made myself a wooden step to stand on, but it’s heavy and awkward to move. Recently I’ve been standing on a little 10″ plastic stool which is too puny and too high. Bad for the back. This 4″ step is lightweight, stable, and wide enough to reposition my feet. It also “gives” a little bit, so I don’t feel like I’m standing on concrete. Also got the 6″ step, to work the highest areas. Durable construction and affordable price.

i use it to work on my balance, stepping up & stepping off repeatedly, It doesn’t feel stable as it sags under my weight.

Purchased 2 of these from AmazonNot for normal reasons you may be thinking.Because I have cancer and use a walker I have two steps approximately 8 and 20 inches high which were a nightmare for me to climb.Now I have logded in front and I roll and step so easily and with safety!So very happy and impressed.Cheers, Pete
