Best hooks ever
I have wanted to try inline hooks so I tried these. They are great. I can go much faster because my yarn doesn’t slip off as easily as other hooks. They are beautiful and I love the color coding for different sizes. These are the easiest hooks to use.

I needed longer space for up to 11 loops on my crochet hook. My clover hooks are my faves, but these will become faves too.These are wonderfully smooth hooks. Excellent quality and they are pretty.

Nice long non-slip handles
They’re definitely long handled which for some reason I didn’t expect, but they feel nice and solid. Smooth glide against yarn, and doesn’t make my hand sweaty.

Only thing wrong with this set is there could be a few more sizes. Otherwise I love them.
I am loving using these hooks. I’m able to keep crocheting for hours.They are calibrated almost perfect, this coming from an electric engineer, using his calibrating equipment. I’m not going to complain about less than a micro millimeter off. The handles are very comfortable and soft. They also don’t start getting damp when I’m working on the porch and sweating a bit. Another thing is they have a long shaft unlike a lot if ergonomic hooks.

I thought I loved these because they’re such good value unfortunately after awhile they hurt my hands and snap on certain yarns.

These are a new style for me to work with, so I’m finding it harder. The rubber grip isn’t as soft as I hoped and the longer metal hook shaft means I have to adjust my grip. All personal issues but the hooks are well made and the hook head has a good ‘groove’ so catches the yarn well. I’ll work on smaller projects and hope I get used to them. Good value for money

Like that there are 8 of them in the same set. I have always loved crocheting with these Susan Bates hooks. Also, they are easy on the hands especially if you have arthritis.

I ordered a small pack of Susan Bates hooks a few months ago and I loved them so much I took the plunge and ordered this larger pack to get the small sizes for amigurumi.It took a while to arrive from the USA to the UK but they are worth the wait. For some reason we cannot really get Susan Bates hooks in the UK.I love the pointed end of the Bates hooks as well as the deep “throat” at the hook end which helps to secure the yarn very well and avoid slipped stitches. They are comfortable in the hand.These hooks look slightly different from the other Susan Bates hooks I have and I was a bit worried they may be counterfeit, but I think it is just that they have been manufactured at a different date or a different style for the USA. My original hooks have Susan Bates branding on the handle as well as the metal shaft, but these hooks only have a plain handle.I’ve just tried out the 5mm hook and it is fantastic, glides brilliantly and secures the yarn well.I love these hooks!There are a couple of little chips out of the enamel coating but it is not affecting the hook in any way.LOVE these. Throwing away all of my other hooks.
