①【Strong 3D Printing Filament ABS】- SUNLU ABS 3D filament is a type of strong and durable filament, ideal for printing durable items or functional parts that require higher heat resistance.
②【Impact Resistance and Durable】- ABS filament can withstand long-term use without being prone to wear or damage, and is not prone to breakage or deformation when impacted or squeezed.
③ 【Impact Strength and Toughness】- ABS filament can withstand a certain amount of pressure without being easily deformed or broken, and can resist surface damage such as friction and scratches, allowing the product to remain intact in appearance even after long-term use.
④【Recommended Print Parameters】- Nozzle print temperature: 250-260℃, Print platform temperture: 80-100℃, Printing speed: 40-60mm/s, Retraction distance: 5mm, Retraction speed: 50mm/s. Compatible with most FDM 3D printers that can use a 1.75 mm 3D printer filament.
⑤【Weight Upgrade】 – SUNLU ABS filament has been converted to 1KG package, more weight, same price, more economical.
⑥【Multiple Colors Are Available】- Provides multiple color options to meet different printing needs of users, allowing users to choose according to preference and project requirements.
⑦【Compatible with 99% 3D Printers】- Compatible with most FDM 3D printers that can use 1.75mm 3D printer filament. The larger inner diameter of the filament spool makes unwinding easier.
⑧【Diameter Tolerance ± 0.02 mm】- The SUNLU ABS 1.75 mm 3D printer filament is manufactured with high precision work and therefore has a tolerance of only +/- 0.02 mm.
⑨【SUNLU Service and Warranty】- We have a professional team for 3D printer filaments. If there is any problem with the 3D filament, or any problem with the order or invoice, please let us know. We are always at your service.
⑩【SUNLU Specialises in Filament 】- SUNLU has more than 10 years of production experience and has set strict standards for its products. A professional team controls all aspects of production to ensure the diameter and quality of 3D filament spools.

The standard for ABS
Excellent price for very standard ABS filament. Never clogged or tangled on me. Nice deep shade of black.Been running spools of these through a Flashforge AD5M Pro. No issues thus far. Using print parameters as nozzle 260C and bed at 95C, and I run speedy–we’re going 300mm/s on my quality profile. Extremely good adhesion to a textured PEI bed. Warpage can occur but you need to let the print cool on the hot bed before removal to mitigate this more. Overall very easy to print and workable.

Tough Prints, Clean Finish – SUNLU’s Black ABS Gets the Job Done
I recently started working more with ABS, and SUNLU’s Black ABS Filament has quickly become a standout choice for my projects. Right off the bat, the finish on this filament is impressive—sleek, crisp, and super clean-looking. Whether I’m printing functional parts or just experimenting with designs, the deep black gives everything a really polished, pro-level appearance.ABS can be a bit tricky to work with compared to PLA, but SUNLU’s version made the whole process surprisingly smooth. It extrudes evenly, holds dimensional accuracy really well, and once you get your temps dialed in, the prints come out solid with excellent layer adhesion. I ran it at around 230–250°C for the nozzle and about 90–100°C on the heated bed (with an enclosure to help control warping), and the results have been consistently great.Durability-wise, this stuff is tough. That’s one of the main reasons I reach for ABS in the first place, and SUNLU’s formula definitely delivers. It feels sturdy and reliable—perfect for parts that need to take a bit of abuse or heat.If you’re comfortable working with ABS or looking to get into it, I highly recommend giving this one a shot. With the right setup, it performs beautifully and adds a clean, pro look to any print. SUNLU’s Black ABS has definitely earned its place in my filament lineup.

Good filament!
Good filament, prints nice, quality is good, performance is the same as any other ABS i have used, color is really nice and solid, overall a very good filament for the price!

1st spool was wonderful in QIDI Q1 Pro, second spool wasn’t good.
Edit: After drying and raising the extruder nozzle temperature to 260, the blue filament is printing perfect as well. I have since ordered a couple of more colors to try.First impression with green filament: Stunningly perfect prints in my new Qidi Q1 pro. This is the best printing filament I have tried so far. Then I loaded the blue filament out of the same box. I print with the spool in a tote with a rubber seal with a pile of Drierite indicating desiccant in the tote. I checked about 2/3 through the print to find a birds nest. It looks like the print went fine for about the first 10mm(50 layers), then started skipping with poor adhesion and finally making a birds nest. I bled some material and tried starting another print and it failed immediately. I can only guess that the filament has high moisture. I took it directly from the factory sealed bag to start the print. The drierite looked like it had absorbed significant moisture – the pile had finished changing color. I added fresh drierite and loaded the green spool back in and it’s printing fine again. I’ll try drying the blue but I’m disappointed that it wouldn’t print out of the box.

Color is not accurate
Possible old stock? Purchased White ABS, The box and spool both looked different than Sunlu’s current design. The end of my spool was wrapped in electrical tape and stuck to the inside wall of the spool. Not a big deal, just not what I’m used to from Sunlu. When printing it comes out very off white, extremely yellow. To the point where it cannot be used for any prints intended to be a specific color. Never had this issue with their PLA/PETG in white. But then again this purchase felt off from the start. Delay in shipping, packaging, and quality. Overall I would assume old stock purging could be at play. ( images: Stringing is my own fault; comparing to white PETG used in the desk organizer)

Very clean prints once dialed in – requires part cooling fan
If you already have a good ABS slicer profile, this filament will provide really high quality parts. If not, think PLA with high hot end and bed temps.I’m using an ancient Ender 3 with MicroSwiss direct drive in a passively heated chamber that reaches 40C. I don’t start printing until 35C or better. Parts will warp and corners will lift at lower temperatures. At this chamber temp, part cooling is required. I’m running a 5015 fan at 50%, with 100% for bridging. The print bed is glass with very heavy PVA glue stick. Corners lift if there isn’t enough. Prints pop off the bed when the bed cools to below 80C. I run nozzle temp at 250C to maintain layer adhesion with the cooling fan on, and bed at 110C.

Prints with quality you would expect from SUNLU

really like this for parts that need a little more strength than regular PLA. after filing it I think it would be more wear resistant as well.

Very Good Brand

Like smooth look and clean lines great adhesion, but all the pla and pla + on here is overpriced
