Exceptional Strength and Finish! My New Go To ASA!
I’ve tried a lot of engineering-grade filaments over the years, and the Siraya Tech Fibreheart ASA-GF really stands out. The print quality is incredibly consistent, with excellent layer adhesion and virtually no warping once the enclosure is properly heated. The glass fiber reinforcement gives parts a strong, rigid feel without being brittle — perfect for functional prints and outdoor applications.Surface finish is smooth and matte, hiding layer lines better than most reinforced materials I’ve used. Dimensional accuracy is spot on, and it holds up beautifully under heat and UV exposure. This filament has earned a permanent spot on my printer shelf. Highly recommended for anyone who needs durable, weather-resistant parts with a professional-grade finish.

Brittle as filament but extremely easy printing
I did my first prints with this filament yesterday. I first dried it for 8 hours like I do with most filaments and then it was print time. I was concerned when I broke the filament end off immediately when just trying to load the filament but after getting it loaded and the printer fired up, it printed amazingly smooth with no issue or fuss. I printed the first layer at 265/105 nozzle/bed temp and then 260/100. I did apply a little hairspray first but I am pretty sure it was unnecessary. The supports broke off perfectly even for a tiny little screw hole and the parts came off the bed with no fuss. There was no warping or stringing at all on any of the 3 prints I did, one taking 6 hours and being larger and then a tiny raspberry pi camera unit case and mount. This is now my favorite ABS filament, not just my favorite reinforced filament.

Great budget option
I can’t say enough good things about siraya tech’s filament. This ABS-GF has printed excellent for me with 0.4mm nozzle using the Orca Slicer profile that Siraya tech provides on their website for my Qidi plus 4. Very first prints came out perfect. I have also used their CF-PET with great results but the ABS is a more affordable option with high temperature resistance and great layer adhesion and strength. I have not yet experienced any warping or stringing or anything really. Even longer bridges and overhangs come out great as you can see from my photos printed without supports. I have left this abs-gf out in the open in my 40% humidified home for a few weeks and I have still not had issues with moisture. My PETG on the other hand would be extremely stringy by now. The ABS-GF does have a bit of ABS smell for sure but it’s not as strong as some others i’ve tried in the past. This might be my new go-to filament instead of PLA. The surface is slightly abrasive, not quite as much as the PET-CF but the parts look almost identical. I noticed more skin irritation with the PET-CF. This ABS-GF does not seem to bother my skin at all really unless i’m cutting or sanding on it. The ABS GF is still quite flexible like regular ABS but a little less, since it’s only 10% glass but that also means better layer adhesion and less abrasive surfaces. I think the flexibility is close to PLA, but the filament itself is still pretty brittle. The PET-CF is a LOT more stiff and also more brittle but INCREDIBLY strong. The CF-PET, for example, I had a thing piece of support material maybe one or two walls thick, and when trying to bend it, it was incredibly strong. When it finally broke it exploded and have my finger a little cut. I hope to see more colors come out in the future. I would love an ABS-GF in Purple.

Impressive stuff!
Siraya Tech’s Fibreheart ASA-GF filament has really impressed me. It’s highly UV resistant, making it a great option for prints that will spend a lot of time outdoors. It prints beautifully—no warping at all in my experience—and the spool came perfectly dry, ready to go straight out of the box.The filament also has a really nice surface texture that gives prints a professional and durable feeling. I’ve found it especially useful for parts like handles and anything else that needs to hold up under sunlight over time.If you’re looking for a tough, weather-resistant filament that and easy to work with, this one’s worth checking out.For reference, I’m using a diamond nozzle and a heated chamber in my 3D printer, which definitely helps get the most out of this filament.

Great, but stinks
This stuff is great. My print came out amazing and no warping. My only complaint is that it stinks. I printed using and H2d with two external HEPA filters right next to the printer and it still stunk up the room of burning tires. Other ASA filaments don’t escape the cabinet ventilation.

New Spools interfere with AMS 1 & 2
Really great filament but the newer spools have a much larger core meaning the filament is all around closer to the edge where you would wrap / lock the end of the filament. In the AMS 2 and likely the first AMS the filament actually hit the feeder and it’s unusable.Because of this I can either continue to manually load and unload it or I can full re-spool it. I’ve chose to re-spool all of the recents I’ve bought. ABS-GF, ASA-GF.Before anybody says anything these work fine in the AMS, I’ve use many spools without any sign of breakage. This filament is obviously a good value because it does well but please, keep the filament in the same position on the spool regardless of the actual size / weight of the material.

Excellent Filament. Prints easily, minimal warping compared to pure ABS, super stiff, but still has good layer adhesion. Probably my new go-to for temperature resistant functional prints. Much easier to print than regular ABS/ASA, and the added glass fibres give a really nice exterior finish. Remarkably low odour too; Forgot to turn on my carbon filter and was quite a while before I noticed any smell. The only critique, which is a common issue with Siraya Tech, is that the spool is wound almost to the edge. Very neat windings, but unless there’s constant tension on the spool, it’s quite easy for a few loops to come off, at least until you’ve used a couple 100gs. Not really that big an issue though, and definitely still one of the best ABS filaments regardless. Great value too.I should say, the bed adhesion is almost too good. I normally use adhesive and a hot chamber to print ABS with minimal warping, but the same process with this filament ripped the PEI right off my build plate. Not a fault of the filament; definitely user error. But be aware of this if you normally use a strong adhesive for printing ABS (Magigoo, NanoPolymer, etc.)

Amazing abs gf. Great price, great quality

Consigliatissimo!
