Works very well. Sleep is deep, dreams, restful. Anti aging. Melatonin is safe, good for anti aging. It will not reduce your body’s natural melatonin production, that is a myth. You can take in larger doses rectally in suppositories, there is excellent anecdotal evidence on Utube. It has powerful antiaging benefits, proven and written in medical journals. It heals you too,
