It’s helpful for muscle tightness and soreness
I have this one on auto refill every month. Good for muscle recovery and for pain it actually relieve pain somewhat.

I have trouble sleeping here and there and these Melatonin Tablets work great. I like the formulation and that it’s free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial flavor & sweeteners. It’s also & non-GMO, which is great. One important thing to note is that this is for occasional use only and not for daily consumption. However, it doesn’t say anything about how frequently you can actually take it. The pill is easy to swallow without much of an after taste. I fall usually fall asleep ~30 minutes after taking it. Overall, I’d recommend this for times you need to fall asleep quickly on occasion.

Too weak.
Not sure why but this particular brand of melatonin didn’t work very well for me. I k y use it for jet lag. Usually I would take 5mg and sleep through the night. This would not last the whole night for me. So I had to keep waking up and taking more. Very weird. Maybe they are weak or not done correctly.
