100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Had a rough 4 months working during the 2024 General Election. 15 hour days, with only a handful of days off. Grabbing garbage to eat on the run as it was easy and when you are under stress you seem to crave it. Horrible for my health and after it was over I was fatigued and bloated and felt awful. I take these probiotics. They work well for my digestive system. My husband is now taking it also regulates when I go to the bathroom take no strong taste easy to swallow price is right. This is my second time ordering these probiotics so much easy to order online. No smell size is not too big. It’s small easy to swallow.

All vitamins/supplements are of course individual in terms of dosage, benefits, tolerance, etc.That said, the simple and short story for me is that I’ve used this exact product for at least 10 years, usually finding it in my local independent pharmacy. About a year ago it disappeared from the shelf and was replaced by a similarly named product, higher # of active bacteria, higher cost… reason being the store changed distributor, bla bla bla. So: to Amazon.The price is right, easy to order, and the product is familiar – and has thus far not harmed me and I’ve not had digestive issues, so I continue this as part of my daily vitamins etc. regimen. Works for me, easy buy on Amazon, delivery was fine.

This works very well for me. The size is small and easy to use. I started off using it twice a day for my acid reflux and now most days, I take one before bed. Do your research on acid reflux and you’ll find that this particular probiotic has been greatly researched for acid reflux. There’s no taste or smell.
