Been taking it daily for a couple of weeks and well, it’s hard to tell if it’s doing anything, so really hard to rate, like most supplements. No adverse reactions though, so that’s good 🙂

Worth it
Metagenics is a top tier brand, so I was thrilled to order this probiotic by a brand I know and trust as a holistic health practitioner. this is the first probiotic in which I have ever seen vitamin D as well as B1 and B2 in it. How interesting! It’s obviously there for a reason I trust Metagenics formulations. It has a nice diverse blend of probiotics in it as well, which is the main event. I could easily without question rate any product they make five stars, but to be honest and fair this particular supplement is actually genuinely worthy of five stars. It is high-quality high value and worth every penny.

Easy To Swallow, High Potency Daily Allowance
The probiotic- gut supplement contains a lot of probiotics for the gut health. The capsules are easy to swallow and I did not have any side affect. I liked that the probiotic stays mainly with the ingredients needed to make the probiotic formula and did not add a lot of other extra supplements since I take a lot of them individually. I like that the probiotics are made in the USA with all the contact information listed. Probiotics also help with my sinus and pulmonary conditions and I like that service factor also. The bottle is somewhat expensive for my budget to only get 30 capsules however I did have a good success with taking them especially for my sinus and lung conditions. Seems like a good probiotic
A fairly decent mix of strains, with some vitamins added. I switch around different brands of probiotics to diversify things a bit, so thought I’d give this one a try. It’s a little basic, and certainly on the higher end of the price scale but I will finish the bottle and move on. So far have seen no adverse effects, which is what I would expect from any supplement. There are so many on the market it’s really hard to find the ‘best’ but this appears to be a solid choice.
