Perfect beginner-friendly resin kit!
This kit surprised me in the best way. The resin mixes smoothly, cures crystal clear, and doesn’t yellow. The vase mold and dried flowers are super cute, and the little LED base makes the finished piece look like something I bought in a boutique. Everything I needed was right in the box gloves, cups, pigments, the works. Easy instructions, no weird smell, and my first project came out gorgeous. I ordered this for myself to get aquatinted with epoxy resin. It seems like a decent kit for beginners like myself and will give a go after the holidays. I will come back here and update my experience with photos of my creations. Excited to finally try this out.

Complete projects
I got the K KERNOWO Epoxy Resin Kit with Light for Beginners.This has everything necessary for a beginner to complete multiple projects. However I will add three words of warning. First, the included epoxy is too small to to complete every project in the box. So if you plan to do more than 2 or 3 projects you may need to get some additional epoxy. Second, as with anything, there is a bit of a learning curve. The main concern is being slow and deliberate with the epoxy, and getting accustomed to the consistency to avoid bubbles. Third, I said that everything you need is included in the box, but if you have to battle bubbles, you may need additional tools and supplies to eliminate the bubbles, such as a heat gun or a spritzer with rubbing alcohol.The molds are easy to use. The sparkly assortments are a favorite.For my first project, however, I decided to make a small pendant, and not use one of the larger included molds. This way I could experiment with the behavior of the epoxy. My small project (maybe 1.5 x 1.5 inches) took about 6 hours to set (still tacky) and about 48 hours to fully cure.You must really love glitter to enjoy this kit. Mine had a light glaze of loose glitter over every single item inside the box, and I’m not sure if that was intentional or not.I loved that the kit includes full projects & not just random molds & ingredients. Of course you can customize your projects however you like. But if you don’t have flowers, for example, some are included.And, I was impressed with the overall quality — of the epoxy, the molds, the supplies, and the included decorations.I think this is a good overall value, especially for someone looking to try the hobby for the first time.

I wanted to love this kit…. But BUBBLES! 🫤
✅ First the good: molds, flowers, the little lighted base and tools are really good quality.✅Molds release easily (in the video just the pyramid is from this kit) but the sphere and cube release easy as well.➡️The sphere is a bit hard to fill with anything “chunky” as the hole is small BUT it can be taken apart, flowers/filler arranged carefully amd put back together for the pour.❌Bubbles everywhere – regardless of what I tried; hyper careful mixing, resting, heat, tapping…. tons of tiny bubbles make the finish product look cloudy as seen on the photo 😭➡️I love all the extras but will be using another kind of epoxy resin.
