Heaven –
Worth the money!
Got this is a gift for my husband who enjoys making shirts and gifts for people. He had a cricuit prior to this, but this is far better. It’s easy to use, isn’t bad on space it takes up, functions as well and better than cricuit as well!

For what it offers, I’d rate the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press at about 4.0 to 4.3 out of 5 stars.If you’re a hobbyist or a small business doing moderate volume, and you care about ease of use, aesthetics, and a decent size platen — this is a strong choice.If your needs include heavy production volume, very thick substrates, high precision transfers (e.g., full DTF or sublimation onto unusual materials) or absolute long-term durability, then you should weigh the limitations (pressure variability, support/durability) and possibly compare with more industrial options.

Overall great machine, just timer issue
This heat press is ok for its size, quality, value and functionality, but my only issue is that the timer. No matter what, once I use it the 1st time, it is terrible to get it timer to go the 2nd time and most of the time I end up either counting myself or using another method. It is very frustrating.

There are a lot of badly made presses out there in this price range, but this one is clearly the best.We had tested one other unit from a different brand and that pretty much burned out after the first shirt.This press cranked out over 150 shirts for it’s first job and its still going strong. Love it. Puts decent amount of pressure and even enough heating. Tested all four corners of the press with a thermo and it reads about 10-15 deg hotter in some spots but its good enough and doesnt ruin the shirts. Easy to use once you get used to it.Nice and heavy so it sits well on the work bench.

Temperature starts at 200 every time you turn it on, you cannot program it to start at a diff temp. Also, the timer sucks. After the first press, it doesn’t reset— it also doesn’t start counting when you close the lid, you have to press the timer button. It’s impossible to get the timer to reset after the first press so I have to use my phone which is really annoying! I also had to buy a new mat for it because the one it came with was awful. I had high hopes for this press but it is really disappointing.

So far so good, only 6 shirts done, this is what worked for me on shirt decals using cricut smart stuff, 20 seconds on 300 degrees, spot on, then iron again when you peel off for 15 secs same temp, make sure to use a sheet of parchment paper on top of the shirt when pressing. To start the timer, press the dial that changes the time. Love this thing so far. Solid.
