High quality product
I have purchased many different heat presses over the years and nothing for the price has come close to the quality of this product. We were initially concerned because we do flat sublimation items and the machine seemed large and heavy. We have been looking for something easier and we are very impressed with how they got this right. It seems the joints and the shocks have made the opening and closing movement the smoothest we’ve ever felt on a machine. Some of our other presses squeak and squeal and this one does not make a single noise. We are so glad it’s super smooth and doesn’t cause a strain on our backs like our other presses do. It’s also very nice that the display is bright and easy to read. Some of our other machines have very dim displays. It was almost unusable sometimes during broad daylight. I think the biggest thing about these HPN presses is their “slide out drawer.” We place a lot of smaller sized panels like tetris at a time and with our other presses it’s been difficult because we have to work directly underneath the heated platen. Welp, not anymore! We use the drawer every time and it’s been a game changer for us. Really happy with our purchase.
