[Professional Compatibility] This elegoo cc nozzle kit is designed specifically for the ELEGOO Centauri Carbon/Centauri FDM 3D printer extruder hotend, perfectly compatible with the corresponding models. It is not compatible with other models.
[Kit Contents] Five 0.4mm hot-end heat-hardened brass nozzles, screw-on, quick-release, interchangeable. Their lubricated, burr-free interior ensures smooth, unobstructed filament flow.
[Made of Precision Hardened Steel] Our bimetallic nozzles are constructed from brass and hardened steel. The upper section is brass for superior thermal conductivity (maximum temperature resistance of 320°C), while the lower section, which contacts the heated bed, is hardened steel for wear resistance (temperature resistance of 500°C).
[High-Speed Printing Guarantee] Tested for 3,000 hours of continuous printing, our bimetallic nozzle and hot end work perfectly together, ensuring even heating and supporting print speeds exceeding 500 mm/s. Our leak-proof design, calibrated by our professional team, effectively prevents filament spillage during high-speed printing. Compatible with mainstream filaments such as 1.75mm thick PLA, PETG, and ABS.
【Installation and Use Instructions】After replacing the new bimetallic nozzle, be sure to re-level the hot bed. It is recommended to perform an idle test when using it for the first time.

Way too many issues to keep trying. Strike three. Would not recommend.
Does not work with Centauri Carbon as claimed. Not sure if it’s just QC or what but I ordered upgraded extruder gears. Package arrives and I had two of the same gear. They send me another package and then the gear that’s in it doesn’t fit the Centauri.Measurements are quite off. See photo’s. Elegoo is the smaller measurement / one with silver on the shaft.Wouldn’t recommend. The pitch of their gears that actually come in contact with the filament, the pitch is way off so it looks like it wouldn’t hold onto filament anywhere close to what Elegoo’s stock is like.

Work as well as (or better than) the original!
These work just as well as the original, with a hardened tip for wear resistance, and a brass body for good heat transfer, it’s the best of both worlds. If you are trying to replace just the nozzle in an original elegoo hotend, you’ll want to remove the silicone sock, then heat it up to 210c, cool down to 100c and do a cold pull first. Then use two wrenches, one on the nozzle and the other on the heater block, to break the threadlocker that elegoo uses on their OEM hot ends.If you’re already using a third party hot end, you shouldn’t need the second wrench as none of the ones I’ve purchased have used threadlocker on the nozzle threads.Once the old nozzle is out, thread the new one in and torque it properly. I use the printable nozzle torque wrench from Bondtech, which is available on Printables. Any time you change nozzles or hotends, make sure to perform a bed leveling procedure.I have used 3 of these nozzles so far and haven’t had any problems with leaking. I did have one clog up, but that was my own fault trying to use 20% carbon fiber filament in a 0.4mm nozzle, when it really should use a 0.6mm or larger. For comparison, I also had original elegoo 0.4 and even a 0.6 clog with this same filament, so I put no blame on the nozzles themselves.Great replacements with lower cost and waste than replacing the entire hot end, heater block, heatsink, etc. I’ll be ordering more!

    Easy install, perfect fit
Have not printed enough ABS to know if it reduces the VOC smell but can’t hurt right. Fits perfect, easy installation in Elegoo Centauri Carbon

Drop in replacement for my elagoo centauri carbon.
I got these basically to have on hand in case something happened with my nozzle, and was finally granted with an opportunity to replace it. The carbon is supposed to have a means to detect print issues and automatically pause, but that didn’t seem to happen in my case and I ended up with a nozzle full of gunk and crusted over. The stock nozzle after that seemed to be printing less consistently.Anyways, I was able to unscrew it and drop one of these in and resume printing right away. I ran a couple of calibration tests to make sure that everything was still dialed in as far as flow rate, and ended up keeping the same settings that I had from the stock nozzles. Essentially, it heats up and functions the exact same as the stock nozzle and I was able to keep printing without having to either go searching for or wait for shipping for another one.Since this was a multipack, I have a couple more standing by in case the knees should arise. I’m currently printing glow-in-the-dark filament, which I understand is harder on nozzles. We’ll see if I noticed any difference after I go through this 1 kg roll and I’ll update this review if necessary.

    Works surprisingly well
I switched out one of my nozzles to try out the steel tip ends and so far it has been working rather well. I’ve ran some abrasive (not much) through it and it handled the filament surprisingly well. Was not expecting the nozzle to handle the heat and abrasive filament so well. The included picture is prior to use.

    Fit well into my Carbon
These are a good fit for my Centauri Carbon. It does require a bit of disassembly to be able to unscrew the old ones and install these, but it’s not too difficult. You’ll need to do a recalibration to fully set them up. I like that these are hardened so I can print carbon fiber filaments without wearing them out quickly. They work well.
