Great bands
I love these bands. I use them to strengthen my back muscles between my shoulder blades. They appeared to be a very good quality and have good resistance. The handles make them easy to use without hurting my hands. I would definitely recommend these.

Easiest resistant bands with handles to use
I like this resistance band, just wish it came with a booklet of different workouts you can do with them. I got these because of my shoulder injury to help strengthen. They work well. The length of them and the stretchability has been very effective and I’m glad I got them. You can fold them up and take them anywhere so for they are durable.

It’s great for light stretching, mobility work, and gentle toning exercises for arms, shoulders, and back. The material feels soft and elastic, and it’s compact enough to take anywhere.However, I wouldn’t recommend it for strength training — even the purple band (which is supposed to be the strongest) feels very light. If you’re looking to build serious resistance or muscle strength, this might not provide enough tension. Overall, it’s a good option for beginners, warmups, or low-intensity workouts, but not for strength-focused routines.

Lavender bliss I get my money with
Easy to use lightweight and great for hang on a door knob. I keep one in three different areas to make me stay on point, I even keep one on my neck or over my shoulder. With holes on each side my foot can hold my workout strength, for a power leg lift. My 2 year old loves to work out with one at the same time. And he can’t damage or break anything.
