You won’t be disappointed
Let me state from the start. I was lucky and they did not have an odor. Due to the price I purchased 4 sets for my blanket blocking. They are numbered but it doesn’t matter. All interlock together regardless of the number. I was able to block my 48 x 60 blanket. My pins did not go through the back. It is that thick. Best purchase.

I ordered two sets. Yes, they have a chemical type smell that I would imagine many things of this material have. I opened them, placed them outside to air out and the smell quickly dissipated.They pieces fit snugly and the grid line matched up. I didn’t measure to see how precise they are, but they are straight, which is what I needed.The second set easily interlocks with the first, the grid lines matched. The boards can be placed in varying configurations to meet your requirements. They are sturdy and thick.Am very satisfied with purchase and would recommend.

Probably a good product, but didn’t do what I needed
I ordered this trying to find a set that would match up with an existing set I have. the tabs on the sides are not the same spacing as my existing set so I have returned the mats.

Works well
I received these blocking boards and am happy with not only the first use of these boards but my first blocking experience. I thought the boards would be thicker as the pins went straight through and out of the bottom, but I adjusted and all was well. Many of my pins were bent upon receipt. Overall product was easy to use, and I am pleased with this purchase.

Just What I Needed
I ordered 3 sets of the foam blocking mats. Although there was an odor when I unpacked the blocks, after leaving them in my sunroom for a few days, the odor was not a problem. They fit together nicely and each set of mats came with a cloth tape measure and a pack of T-Pins. I am very happy with this product. Since ordering the 3 sets of foam blocking mats, I ordered another set, so I would have a bigger blocking surface.

The smell will not dissipate!
For the price the product would have been OK, but the chemical smell gave me an asthma attack. Airing out the product did not help. I am sad that I have to send the product back because of the smell. The material that the blocking boards/mats are constructed of have a odd texture. They are not plesant to touch. I don’t think after multiple uses the matts would hold up.

Great value
I used these for the first time this weekend and was very impressed! They locked together well, and came apart easily. The foam was sturdy enough to hold the pinned projects in place. I blocked a headband and two cowls and they fit very well. My only issue is that it’s not enough space for large projects, so I will have to purchase more!

Product is great, love the thickness and guide lines. Only issue was the smell when opening that lasted a couple of weeks. Sprayed it with a weak solution of vinegar and water to help remove the smell before I used them.
