This works beautifully!
It makes a substantial ball of neatly wound, perfect tension, yarn. It will not hold a full skein of Red Heart or Caron, but it will hold a ball of stock yarn or specialty yarn. Works perfectly and I love it!

This yarn baller works great! It’s super easy to use and takes just a few minutes to turn a skein of yarn into a convenient ball. I was lucky enough to purchase a used one that was claimed to be “like new” for half price. It turned out to be good as new, and I only wish I had bought one years ago!

Not quite as advertised….
Not sure what I should put for stars honestly. Works well for small yarn skeins, not the red heart at all. Does not hold 10 ozs, maybe if it was a tighter tension it would but to me, it’s loose. Not sure why they advertise can hold 10 oz when it cannot. It cannot do a 7 oz red heart.

Works great with smaller weight yarns . Jumbo and blanket yarns are to thick for this winder.

Its pretty small. Which is fine unless you wanted to do up an entire ball of yarn you bought from the store. Ive had issues with the yarn slipping off occasionally. This also WILL leave dents in your table from the clamp. But i mean. When it works it works?
