Easy to Swallow for a 16 year old
The multivitamin is a small tablet therefore its easy to swallow. My grandson will take this multivitamin because its easy to swallow. The tablet contains enough of my daily supplements especially with copper, selenium, Iodine, zinc and iron. We did not experience no side effects. Made in USA is a good trait for my support. The price is also reasonable for a 3 month supply. I must admit I don’t always take the supplement with food but with a cup of coffee. I did not see what happens if not taken with food as I have not experience no side effects yet. DISCLAIMER: I received this product free via Amazon’s Vine Program. Easy to swallow multivitamin
Doctor’s Recipes Multivitamin for Women & Men, Immune, Energy & Brain Health Support, Vitamin A, C, D3, E, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Selenium & Iodine, No Gluten, Non-GMO, 90 Tablets. I have been taking gummy vitamins for years as they do not cause me any gastric upset. I thought I would try taking a tablet type multivitamin again to see if I could tolerate them again. Unfortunately these vitamins and my stomach did not get along, and tasting these a second time is not pleasant. I do like that they are small in size, making them super easy to swallow. I feel these will be great for most people, they just didn’t do well for me. The vitamins came safety sealed. Non-GMO and gluten free are a must for me, and these did not disappoint

It’s got your immune system, energy levels, and brain function all in a single tablet—because apparently we’re all too busy to swallow more than one thing a day unless it’s judgment.Packed with the usual suspects—A, C, D3, E, B-complex, iron, zinc, selenium, and the ever-mysterious iodine—this formula is clearly aiming for “well-rounded adult human” energy. It’s also non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and presumably free of joyless mornings if the B12 kicks in properly.The pill itself isn’t horse-sized, which is a rare and blessed surprise, and doesn’t come with a side of mystery coating that dissolves only after you start questioning your life choices. It’s easy enough to take, assuming you remember to take it—maybe ask the B6 to help with that.Is this going to transform you into a productivity machine with flawless memory and glowing skin? No. It’s a multivitamin, not a miracle. But it will keep you from falling apart like a dollar store lawn chair every time flu season hits, and that’s more than most things you take before coffee.

Small and easy to swallow
This multivitamin contains everything but the kitchen sink. I was able to condense down the bottles in my cupboard for the individual vitamins (c, d, and zinc) that I only take in the winter since they are in this one pill/one bottle. I have been taking these daily for a week and have noticed no stomach upset or anything. At under 20 cents a pill, the price is very fair.I wasn’t sure what a GMP certified facility was so I looked it up and it means good manufacturing practices. It involves meeting strict requirements for facilities, equipment, and processing. These are often verified through independent third-party audits, facility inspections, and lab testing. That makes me feel a lot better as obviously them being made here in the U.S does too.

It was helpful enough, but not something I felt excited about taking.If you’re someone who just wants a straightforward daily vitamin without fancy flavors or complicated instructions, this one might fit the bill. For me, it’s a middle option. It did something, but not enough to make me feel strongly either way. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m still deciding if I’ll keep using it long-term.
