Great customer service
So the wattage is 5w not 72. But besides that the thing worked and did the job with light burn. And engraver with pretty good markings. While it won’t do engrave metal it’ll mark metal. this is a good starter laser for anyone wants to learn and get into the hobby customer service is also amazing.

My loved one thinks this the greatest sin sliced bread. Ya, she’s not that old but it is truely cool. We have pets like cats and children. Got the enclosure so the boys eye won’t get hurt from the laser. Also got the air kit to keep the surface clear of smoke and debries. That’s a biggie. Smoke and debries can kill a lense over time.

Doesn’t work anymore thanks to windows 10 and 11 update
After windows rendered the CH340 driver old news, all the lasers became unable to communicate with my computer. I reached out to creality, they tried to help me install them, it didn’t work. They sent me a new motherboard with the SAME chip, meaning they didn’t solve my issue, I could still use the offline option, but I didn’t buy a brand new laser cutter to only be able to partially use it.Side note: they have a falcon software developed which they never mention on this posting or their own website and only found it through the link they provided.

Solid beginner engraver/cutter
Setup and getting this engraving the sample was pretty quick, I don’t get the 1 star reviews. If you are a DIYer you should have no problem with it. It’s def not a one step process for doing your own designs so it does take a bit of messing around and watching some videos on this sort of content

Entry level laser engraver/cutter
I’m new to laser engraving/cutting. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money in case I didn’t like it. This machine is just what I was looking for. It feels solid and well made. Was very easy to assemble. It’s perfect for what I am wanting to do. Plenty of power for me.

I haven’t really been able to use this as I can’t figure out how. It does not come with any software to make it work and has no recommendations of what to download. If I got that, maybe I could give a better review.

Excelente para un estudiante de arquitectura
Para uso doméstico es excelente, los 5w creo yo que son suficientes para un alumno de arquitectura,puedo cortar con la mayoría de materiales, y graba en cualquier material,probé con MDF de 3mm aunque le cuesta un poco ,si logra cortar con varias pasadas,en maderas mayor a 3mm si le va costar cortar,para el uso que yo le doy me basta los 5w de potencia 🙂

The functionality of this product is amazing easy to assemble, no error while assembling, quality is very good for 5W, just adjust your settings accordingly to cut the feed and power, I have used laserGRBL which is really a very good to use and vector trace path make it more reliable for fast operations compared to Falcon design space, and Lightburn. But for offline operation you need lightburn created .gcode file it doesn’t support for laserGRBL as it has .nc extension. The best deal to get in this price range. Value for money. I have tried for marble tiles to it engraved super fine details.
