Horrible Nozzle and Hose Quality – Uses Cheap Plastic Not True Rubber For Hose
Still livid that I spent about 3 hours cutting tubing and installing nozzles, only to have both items fail within the first week of installation. The supplied hose is incredibly awful quality, and is made of some sort of hard plastic. The problem here is, once the hose gets hot and expands, it retains that shape once cooled. Meaning, it will slip off way too easily at any connection point. The other issue here is the horrible quality of the nozzles. After a few days of use, the center cartridge section shot out while spraying, rendering the nozzle useless. I ended up throwing this kit in the trash, ordering 5/32 inner diameter rubber vacuum hose, brass connectors, and OEM nozzles from the dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POORLY MADE KIT.

Fits my 2016 Honda Odyssey nicely, with enough hose to replace each line connecting to the nozzles — no problem there! However, the way the nozzle sprays is pretty bad. 40% winds up on your windshield. 40% winds up on your roof. 20% winds up dribbling down the hood. Going to have to ask for a refund on this.

Update after about a month- the hose keeps disconnecting from the bottom of the spray nozzle. I have to open the hood every few days to reconnect it. Save your money and buy another. I am sliding the tube as far as it goes but it slides off every few days. I’m sure I can tape it in place to keep it there but I shouldn’t have to. I’ll leave 2 stars as I’m sure it will work fine with black electrical tape keeping it in place.Original review- One of the plastic spray nozzle jets on my Pilot disintegrated and since it was the passenger side, my driver side wasnt getting washer fluid either so I ordered this set, it arrived the following day and I had it switched out in about 30 minutes. I used a needle noise pliers to remove the old jets from the hood of the SUV and then snapped the new ones in. Then I removed the old hose that connected the 2, used it to measure the new hose and I cut it the same length + 1 inch for a little give and then connected the hose to each nozzle. This kit gives you enough hose and parts to cut the original hose in case you cannot remove it from the nozzle but thankfully I was able to pull the hose out without cutting the hose connected to my wiper fluid reservoir.It works perfect and I highly recommend this kit. I can’t speak on the longevity but will update my review if anything changes.
