THE BEST HEAT PRESS EVER!! Go buy this!
I absolutely love this heat press it is fantastic! There were a couple of problems with loose wires and they immediately sent a replacement for me. Their customer service is above and beyond in this heat press is the best one I’ve used. It has a 360° swivel it has the option of a second pad to press on the temperature is right on target you can also change how hard it presses. I can’t imagine ever wanting a different press this one is impressive easy to use and makes the job go so much faster with the 360 swivel !! 5 stars all day long!

I bought this heat press thinking it would “help a little.” WRONG. It immediately took over like the CEO of Crafting. The 360° swivel? Smooth like butter. The auto-press + auto-release? A miracle for people (like me) who get distracted 0.2 seconds after starting a project.The heat is perfectly even, the pressure is chef’s-kiss adjustable, and everything I press—shirts, hoodies, totes, pillows, socks—comes out crisp, vibrant, and professional.If you want a powerful, easy-to-use, auto heat press for sublimation, HTV, vinyl, T-shirts, and custom gifts, this is THE ONE. My old press is in the corner questioning its life choices.

I am very happy with my Whubefy Heat Press
I am very happy with my heat press machine. It works well and is easy to use. I wish it was fully automatic, that I didn’t have to push a button to make it press and disengage, especially when I have a lot of items to set up and press.If it functioned where it had a setting that after you enter and set your required settingsyou swing it into place, it locks, and then presses and releases on its own,that would be a major improvement, but for what it cost it works well and I am happy with it so far the almost two months I have owned it.

Don’t buy as they do not help you with your purchase.
Needed information for the machine and since I purchased it from Amazon they would not help me as I send in all of the information on date etc.. Now the when you plug it in it acts like it is turning on and then it all goes black. Can’t get it to power on at all. I know the outlet is good because it is the same one I use for my commercial one. I I tried to reach out to the company and I purchased it on November the 4th and was told it is past the deadline and I did not purchase it from them even though they are listed as the seller on my Amazon order.

Love this press. I purchased it to replace my current clamshell press. I love that this one is a swing away. I do wish it had a little more clearance for thicker items, but it does what its intended

Small business blessing
I couldn’t be happier with this product! I purchased this for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. She has a small business and she said the Press is so easy to use it cuts her production time in half. It was super easy to set up and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. We both highly recommend it.

Nice machine, one design issue
This is a really nice press, I love that it has easily adjustable pressure settings in addition to the normal time/temp adjustments. I do a variety of sublimation projects and the occasional project with HTV and the 15×15 work area is the primary reason I got this (I already have a 12×15 autopress from another brand)- the extra space is a must for larger items like tote bags. Heats up quickly and is super easy to use. They also include a cheat sheet for different HTV types vs the fabric you’re using, which is handy because I only work with HTV rarely and can never remember the settings.My one and only complaint with the design is the positioning of the control panel on the top. I keep my heat presses on a large utility shelf and trying to peek in under the shelf to see the control panel is challenging. My other two presses have a separate control box you just set on the shelf surface and can move around as needed, which is much easier to situate so that I can clearly see and change the settings. If you’re using the press on a normal table or counter this shouldn’t be an issue for you, but with my setup it’s not very convenient.
