A Great Pulse Oximeter!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and the ease of use. The only thing I wish it also did was allow for re-orienting the display to keep it up no matter which way I prefer to keep my hand. Others allow a button press to do that. But this is purely a convenience. I tested it against other meters and found it matched them. I especially like the Perfusion Index, a derived reading that reflects the relative accuracy to be expected from the chosen placement. That addition alone makes this better than most. The auto-on is also a nice feature, as is the 30 second analysis setting vs the continuous monitoring setting. This unit does more than many units used in clinics and it does them well.This is also, IMO, the best looking pulse oximeter on the market. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking and this seller as well. I wish they had more things I need right now.Thank you.

Very nice. Accurate. Reading doesn’t last long-only about 40 seconds. At the end it’ll tell you if any heart irregularities are noted. Lights up & easy to read. I wish reading lasted longer. My previous pulse oximetry read continuously until you removed your finger which was nice. Otherwise, I am very happy with this product.

Pros and Cons…
I have nothing really negative to say about this oximeter… it’s easy to use – put your finger in, hold for a second or two, then it beeps kinda annoyingly for 30 seconds while it gets the reading. There’s no way to verify it’s accuracy in any particular sense without hospital-pro equipment, but it seems to give very accurate readings. I’ve verified my heartrate using a pulse and a stopwatch and it seems fine. It does give slightly altered readings if you change from your index to another finger, but I believe it tells you to use the index finger. Just stick with one finger I guess is the idea. The PI (perfusion index) is not explained so that you can understand it in the instructions… but it’s a number that tells you, basically, the pulse strength at the sensor site on your finger. The PI is a ratio, so it fluctuates according to signal factors.The biggest drawback to this simple device is the inability to turn it on or off… it detects your finger and turns on and shuts off when you remove your finger after a screen says, “finger out” for about 5 seconds. Not a big deal, of course, but annoying when you want to retake the reading.I guess the biggest issue for a review is why would you want one? Pilots who fly in unpressurized cabins should use them when they reach altitudes of 10K feet … but for me, I was getting frequent headaches and wanted to know if my oxygen levels had anything to do with it. For the price, this did the job.Overall, this seems like a decent, working oximeter and I have no major complaints.

Quality seems okay and functions as described. The unit was manufactured in 2021. Anyway, I am concerned with the readings. I bought it for pulse check and it seems to be accurate based on when I manually count my pulse.
