Fast acting game changer
It works as long as you don’t work against it, lights off and no screen time, it works really quickly and I wake up refreshed not tired. I bought some for my son and he is hard to convince 😂 but he uses them to help make sure he stays asleep, waking up at 3 am for work and not feeling drowsy is a game changer for him❤️ price is reasonable, try and catch the promotions. The smell is good and taste is not bad, easy use as instructed don’t chew but allow to dissolve and drink water

My holistic doctor chastised me for not getting enough sleep. I’ve always been a night owl and I couldn’t imagine “going to bed early.” He had recommended melatonin to help me with my wakefulness, so I tried these. I took 5 of the 20 mg tablets about half an hour before going to bed, and I found it was much easier to go to bed and stay asleep. They help make me sleepy at bedtime, but there are no side effects like grogginess the next morning.Since they work well and are very affordable, I’ve continued using them and they are great. I’ve ordered refills many times now (going on more than a year) and even bought some for friends who had trouble sleeping. I like things that are natural, no drugs, and that’s this product. My friend said it didn’t help him, but maybe his difficulty sleeping was worse than mine. I have gone from going to bed at 3 am to going to bed at 11:30 pm and that’s given me more hours of sleep each night, which is good for my health!

Pros : Very fast acting. I have a very hard time falling asleep & was jetlagged severely after flying back from the EU to Singapore. This worked like a charm in terms of falling alseep.Cons : I did wake up after about 4-5 hours every night. But I just fall back asleep so not a super con but just something to keep in mind. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day.Of course I do not intend to take this regularly – but it is godsend if you are jetlagged! Recommend this product 🙂
