Great first printer
Christmas gift last year for a 9 year old. He loved it and has run about 25kg of PLA through this machine. Set up was relatively easy although getting it connected to a device took a couple of tries. Great first printer and the app has a lot of prebuilt models ready to go.It’s also usable with a thrid party slicer and it’s been awesome watching him how to import, scale and print third party designs.

First time user
I purchased this for my 8 year old nephew for Christmas. We been printing things from the app. The first print didn’t come out well it clogged, but once I was able to find a video on how to load the filaments correctly we were set to go. I found a video on tik tok how to change the filaments it’s pretty simple. My 8 year old nephew is so happy with it and is having fun printing things. The only issue I have experienced is the app that you use to print things, sometimes gives an error message stating to many people are in the server so printing takes long, and sometimes it prints right away. The app would probably be the only thing I believe needs more improvement’s it can be glitchy at times. Overall, we are happy with this 3D printer easy to use by my 8 year old nephew. I would recommend for first time users in using 3D printers. Super kid friendly. Not noisy and super cute. Quality is okay.

Awful setup
Got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and Christmas didn’t turn out like she’d hoped. We cannot get past the initial setup. The QR codes that you have to scan to initiate setup before it can be used doesn’t even work. None of the QR codes do. When you scan the QR code it brings up a Google search that has nothing to do with the product. When I finally tracked down the app in the App Store, I hit another roadblock. To set up an account, you have to provide your name and email and they are supposed to send you a verification code. However, after using different emails, we continuously get an error message saying the verification code can’t be sent. So we can’t even set up an account to get this thing working. The only QR code that works is the Customer Support code. This support is no help. The phone number they provide seems to be a random cell phone and no one answers. Automated voicemail states to leave a message. Here we are Christmas morning with a completely defective, non operational gift (that was not cheap) with absolutely zero support to troubleshoot. Would not recommend.

Best Gift Ever
BWe absolutely love this 3D printer! It works great and was easy to set up right out of the box. My 11-year-old said it’s the best gift ever, and he’s already made a bunch of cool projects. Prints come out smooth and detailed, and it’s been a wonderful way to get him excited about creativity and STEM. Highly recommend for kids and beginners!

Great easy to use 3D printer!
We didn’t know much about 3D printing and we were looking for a 3D printer for our kids. I’m so happy we chose this Tina2S 3D printer. It’s very easy to set up, the instructions are clear, it has lots of 3D templates to choose from and you can use different colors of filament. My 11 year old daughter can use it on her own, using a smartphone. The quality of the 3D printed items is really nice. It’s also a smaller, stylish looking printer, so it’s easy to store on a small table or desk. The customer service is excellent and they are on hand to help out if you have any questions. I’m really glad we chose this Tina2S 3D printer. It’s a great quality printer and easy to use!

Had an issue but the seller made it right
See original post below. This review has been updated. The seller provided above and beyond customer service. It’s unfortunately rare to deal with sellers that actually care about their customers. Yes, I did have an issue with the printer but the seller went out of their way to help me and make it right.Worked great for about 3 months but now it won’t dispense filament. Changed out nozzle with supplied replacement and it still won’t work. It appears that it instantly clogs the metal tube above print nozzle. Tried multiple known good filaments with no success. It will feed the filament up to the print head but then simply melts there causing the jam. Cleaning the nozzle does not fix the issue.Update – Seller contacted me quickly and is sending replacement parts free of charge. I changed my rating based upon level of customer service that I received from this seller.
