【Usage Guide & Precautions】: Upon receiving the steel plate, carefully peel off the protective film and clean the surface with alcohol to maintain cleanliness. When leveling, pay close attention to the nozzle-to-PEI distance (recommended 0.2–0.3mm) to prevent scratches. Precise control is ensured through real-time sensor feedback and dynamic compensation. Note: Any damage or contamination to the PEI surface will affect its lifespan and print quality.
【Easy Print Removal & Simple Cleaning】 The flexible spring steel build plate allows you to easily remove prints. After printing, simply let the platform cool naturally to room temperature for automatic release, or gently flex the plate to quickly remove the model without causing any damage. Clean the PEI surface with 75% alcohol or mild soapy water to remove residue. For stubborn stains, preheat the plate to 150°C and gently scrub with a soft brush to ensure optimal adhesion for every print.

Worked great for a while…
Worked great for about a month then no.matyer how many times of cleaned it I had to add some for of adhesive to get the prints to stick.

Works as well or better than the stock Prusa Textured Steel build plate
This is very thin, and the texture has good bite. The plate cools much faster than the steel textured plate from Prusa, and seems to hold just as well. I am concerned with how much more flexible the plate it, worrying that perhaps the coating could become brittle, but I haven’t experienced this in the time I have used it.The best part of this plate opposed to others would be leaving all bed values unchanged.
