This was shipped promptly and it was easy to set up and it’s works great while traveling. We got 5 bars instantly. This will be so handy on trips. I like the options for buying 1 day, 7 days or subscribe in 30 day increments.

This is an interesting hotspot thing!So it is a small disc, that has a base. The unit itself is what gets charged (so I’m not sure what the base is for…)Anyways; it’s super easy to connect to. The password is on the bottom and the internet is quick.We couldn’t get it to stay on if it wasn’t plugged in and on the base; but when plugged in and on the base; it works great. The photos do show it just being carried around working so that’s either misleading or I just don’t know how to make it work.The internet connection is steady, strong and fast.This model comes with 1gb to be used in a week; but I haven’t noticed it stop working after the week (we didn’t use the 1gb in the week either.. so another I’m not really sure sure)However, you can buy a subscription for more data that is good for a set amount of time. Not a great value for having to refill the data but I’m not super familiar with these products so that may be normal.

Ok so first the price was right can’t beat the value. Second I think the product works well if you get a good one out of the box. Unfortunately the one I received had multiple issues like not updating the area it was in so i wasn’t aloud to go to certain sites because according to my ip I was not in the US. Also the battery didn’t hold a charge (later I opened up and there wasn’t even a battery in it!!!). So rough start however when I contacted company directly they refunded me immediately and took information about the failures so they could make appropriate fixes and also hooked me up with some extra free data. So at the end i came up on it. I still am giving 5 stars this purchase is all good.

Cost effective Internet.
Great alternative to using cell providers cellular data at bloated prices or Starlink at $150 a month just to have internet while traveling. Had a great connection at our favorite RV resort and chuckled at those people with SL systems that pay expensive monthly fees to get the same “pay as you go” service.

Had it for about a week now. So far so good. Took it to work were I have no internet… and it works GREAT! Boyfriend took it out of town…worked GREAT! EASY to set up. Had to figure out you have to press and hold on/ off button to turn it on or off. There was nothing in the instructions. Which they are limited. Im excited to take it camping now. Thats what we got it for. We are tired of terrible internet services at campgrounds. Had a storm coming in and couldn’t even look at the radar tonsee if there is a tornado coming.I set it up for the cheapest plan $20 a month for now. If its not enough I can select a different plan on the App. I love that I can see how much I used and how much I got left ( life!). Neat little thing! Comes with a battery for on the road or plug it in with a c-port cable . I really like that Im not stuck with just one provider. It picks the strongest signal from either At&t, Verizon or T-Mobile.Im impressed 👍

Keep this in mind before buying
I bought this device thinking that it would help with my situation. I was wrong, I used it for 3 days after I picked it up and it stopped working. So I comes with a limited plan 15 gb, so I bought an extra 15gb for $35.00, and that was good for a month. Coming back to not working, I connected with the company who makes it, and they said that my 15gb was up, which was weird because i only used it for 3 days, I used 30gb of 15.They suggested that I turn off the device after midnight. Why do I need to trun off the device, in the instruction they should have suggested it.So if you are planning on buying this device, make sure you turn it off after midnight.

It works, but it could be better.
This is an interesting product. It DOES work, but there are some things I wish it had made more clear before getting it. I understand that this comes with an internal SIM, I’ve gotten a LTE modem like that before, but it still gave you the option to use your own if you wanted. This has no sim card slot accessible, unless you break it open perhaps. There are a lot of warnings not to open it so I guess you really aren’t supposed to ever use anything other than the SIM it comes with.It comes with some very basic instructions and a barcode to scan and sign up for service, but it doesn’t really explain a whole lot. The “base” it comes with appears to be an additional battery stand I guess? But it doesn’t make it clear that this is what it does, it could just be a stand but I think it extends the battery. But if so, it would have made sense to also include a charger on the base itself so that, for example, if you need the puck somewhere outside your campground for signal and would like to keep charging the base externally and bringing it back over to it so it doesn’t die… this is a real usage case scenario that I could imagine wanting an extended base battery but alas, it was not designed to work like that.It could have been designed better and made more clear what it is and how it works. But it works so 4 stars.
