A silicone dot lining around the inside of the upper opening ensures the sleeve stays in place and won’t fall down with increased arm movement. Designed to help manage swelling following trauma, surgery, or radiation therapy, it’s ideal for rehabilitation and treating symptoms from post mastectomy, and lymphedema (lymphatic edema). Fit Beautifully – Better Quality than others
I bought a pair of these compression garments as I was awaiting my insurance-supplied garments prescribed by my doctor which took 8 weeks to arrive so I got these in the meantime. Loved them. They stay in place; I’m not constantly having to pull them up because the silicon makes them really stay in place. I finally got my insurance provided sleeves and camos from Juzo. Those pieces were really disappointing. I’m constantly tugging and pulling those sleeves to up on my arms and the top portion is too big for my upper arm. The silicon just doesn’t’ have the same strength as True Form.The True Form sleeves are so good, I ordered a second “Pair”. My only disappointment is that they only come one per box, so they are expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for and I’ll can seek reimbursement from my insurance company. I wish they made camisoles, too. FYI, if you do need a lymphatic-grade compression camisole, get the “Cupid” FIRM shapers brand from Walmart. They work equally as well and fit better.

Después de pasar por una mastectomia radical por CA de seno me recomendaron la manga de compresión, muy buena opción si vas hacer fuerza y ya no tienen los ganglios, así evita linfedema, tiene una buena compresión, no molesta, no lastima, no da calor, es una buena opción más económica

Excelente producto
Es cómodo y cumple su función. Aparenta ser pequeño, pero al ponerlo se ajusta muy bien al brazo. Viene en su caja y trae detalles del producto. La tela es fresca y no se desliza por transpirar. Después de más de 4 meses posterior a la mastectomía no había usado mangas; mi doctor me indicó usarla, y esta ha resultado ser la indicada. Mis medidas son: mano 19.5 cm, brazo 29 cm, longitud 46 cm. Pedí talla L.

Sizing for these is incorrect. I measured my arm when it was swollen, but upon trying to put this on in the morning, when ny arm isn’t as swollen, I couldn’t get it past my wrist.

I ordered the small and it fits great except the silicone dot top part. It is way too big. I decided to keep the sleeve because the rest of it fit really well so I ended up sewing it smaller. I took it in about an inch which is a lot, It’s not the best solution but I made it work. They need to make the silicone dot part much smaller for the size small. It is not proportionate to the rest of the sleeve.

Despite getting the sleeve that matched my arm measurements, the portion of the sleeve with the rubbery stuff to stick to the top of the arm is about 2x the circumference of the sleeve itself. Making this portion of the sleeve useless, and causing it to be awkward and uncomfortable. I usually end up needing to fold that portion down, and have since ordered other sleeves that fit better and are more comfortable. Really disappointed with the product.
