Poor paper quality
I love the size of the notebook. Very practical.The paper color (I wish the paper was white) and quality is awful, I tried pencils, color pencils, crayons, etc. nothing works, it’s almost like see through paper. The solution: I glued the pages (2 together). I know I am decreasing the amount of pages in half but that’s the only way that whatever I use will not bleed through. Will I buy it again? yes. That’s how much I love this little notebook. I have the black and yellow set. I hope the company sees this review and improves the paper quality and also more cover colors. I would pay extra for better paper.

Although less common than the popular Field Notes style, this A6 pocket journal stands out for its durable cover designed to resist wear and tear. Unlike typical paper-covered pocket journals, which often show signs of damage when carried in pockets, this journal’s vinyl or harder cover enhances its longevity!This specific edition is the Bullet Journal version of the Leuchtturm pocket journal. As an avid Bullet Journal user, I adore the thoughtful design elements, which can only be credited to Ryder Carroll, the creator of the Bullet Journal method. Features such as special grid lines, a portrait orientation, and a set of stickers included with each purchase expose his real identity as an interaction designer turned journaling guru. If you practice bullet journaling, this pocket journal by its founder is a must.While the size and overall value of this journal are on point, users of fountain pens and other water-based inks should be aware of potential bleed-through. The paper is thick, but it doesn’t match the quality of the thicker paper found in larger A5 journals. If you prefer to use a fancy pen, be prepared for some bleed-through, or bite the bullet and be less fancy.
