great pen
so far i really like this gel pen set . lots of refills and great price . much better than other brandsthere were reviews of smutch when writing . the first pen i had it was very termporary. otherwise i am very happy with this. i want to buy another set but it going to take awhile before the amount of pens will be used up.

For the number of pens there are, I’m very pleased with the pricing! The grip is comfortable and all pens were intact. Though when writing, the ink seems to dry less black than when writing, which is a shame. I will continue to use them though I wonder if this is to do with the ink itself or something else.

Misleading and Low quality pens
A couple issues with these pens.1) there is a red cap on the top of each pen (to prevent it from leaking I assume in transit). However these red caps are defective or so old that when you go to take them off they break in your hand and get red gunk everywhere. You have to take the cap off each pen. Not looking forward to doing that. You can see a picture I uploaded of this.2) super misleading marketing on these. On Amazon you select “quantity 48” and on the package it says 48 pack. However what you actually get are 20 pens with 28 refills cartridges. Which makes the cost per pen much more – almost 2.5x more. I certainly have no interest in refilling pens that barely last that long in my office anyway. Normally pens disappear long before they run out of ink. I’m sure if you look closer at the fine print you’d see that you only get 20 but just seemed like shady marketing especially since even Amazon labels it as a “48 pack” – I guess the marketing worked on me but I’ll never buy these cheap pens again3) Lastly the pens themselves are cheap and they don’t write very evenly. Definitely a bust and would not recommend.
