Even for an occasional use with yarn, you can use it for other things. And it is gorgeous.
Love this. I don’t roll my yarn into balls but I have received yarn in balls. Size and weight are perfect for even the smallest of yarn balls. The bowl stays where you put it. It has been knocked over a time or two but has no scratches or scrapes. Definitely got a good product for the price.

Beautiful and you can tell it’s hand made. It has a few mistakes, but doesn’t matter to me. My yarn does catch a little in the curve. Overall a good, heavy piece.

The bowl is very pretty. The yarn does sometimes snag a little when pulling through the tension hole. Then when I pull the ball of yarn may pop out of the bowl. I feel the cut outs need more sanding to be smoother. The small decorative cut outs are not at all clean. But all in all it is still a very pretty bowl.

Wood and finish were attractive. Unfortunately for wool balls with thread from centre this didn’t work smoothly. It was better if the thread was taken from the outside. Would have preferred the bowl to have been deeper as i think this would work better.
