Arrives flat
This was funny–it arrived flat in a bag and I’m thinking–what?! then I cut the top and left it alone. It slowly expanded to full size–it was vacuumed packed! What I liked especially was the snap on it which hooked great onto my crossover bag when I was walking in airports. Very comfortable and soft to lay on.

Just the right firmness.
I bought the in the hope that it would alleviate neck pain I was having – and, thankfully, it did! The fabric is velvety, the pink color is soft and lovely, I love that it has a zipper. The neck support is excellent and i use it both on my side and back. A+ for sleep, pillow quality and neck support!
