Works great for injuries! I keep in my freezer for emergencies. Stays cold for a while. Highly suggest following direction on freezing it in the bag they provide or it gets very frosty and makes a mess.

Good ice pack.
I love this gel pack. It’s easy to use and I like the plastic bag that comes with it to store it in the freezer. The only thing that I don’t like is the pictures show this wrapping all the way around the knee. It doesn’t do that. I have to add a smaller ice pack in the space where it doesn’t wrap around.

Very nice design and very effective
The design is great and works for back, knees, elbows, and shoulders. It can basically wrap around almost any part of your body. The freezer back is a nice touch to avoid freezer odors on the cold pack.

Excellent buy
This is an excellent ice bag. The strong Velcro strap is a good length for small people up to large people. I weigh 170 and if it fits around my waist easily, but I don’t believe you will be able to use the Velcro to secure it if you’re larger than probably size 14. It easily wraps around your back your shoulder, your hips and it’s very well-made and it helps my pain significantly.

I bought this to use cold but you can heat it up also . I like the fact that you can Velcro it around so you can do things while wearing it. It seems like it is very durable and is certainly easy to use

This is a well designed ice pack for the back and shoulders. Soft, velvety on one side which you can reverse for a colder treatment on the other side. The velcro fastened harness is long enough to tighten to whatever length you need and the ice pack doesn’t slip when I attach it to my shoulder. Good product for the price.
