Excellent product. I’ve tried a couple other brands and while I felt like they worked, nothing has worked as well as Pure. Good choice
It works like a charm for me. I take two before bed and after a couple of weeks taking it I can definitely notice my sleep pattern improving, I wake up less times and I fall asleep much faster. It also helps with muscle recovery so I don’t have that restless feeling after a workout.
